I guess this will be the best chance for Torino to climb out from the relegation zone if they are able to beat Crotone today. The defense of Crotone are pretty weak as they have conceded a total of 62 goals after 25 games played, I think Torino might choose to attack more aggressively right from the start of the match and they should be able to beat Crotone today.

Verona-Milan could be an interesting game today. Verona got one point against Juve and defeated Benevento away the last. I think they will try their best to get at least one point here too. Milan got 2 defeats and 1 draw in their last 4 games which shows they have a bad form and they need to gather thamselves up immediately. But Calhanoglu, Ibra and Rebic are injured now. Still they need to win this to keep the point difference with Inter at least. In this season, Milan-Verona game in San Siro ended 2-2. They have big problems with these injuries but I believe Milan will manage to beat Verona this time.

Yesterday's match in Turin at the Allianz Stadium proved that Juventus is still there, therefore those like me who were so fast in ruling them out of winning Scudetto were wrong. When the emergency is over and Pirlo will be able to count on all his best team players we can see them being the biggest threat to Inter's path towards winning the title.

That's correct, yesterday we had an amazing match between Juventus and Lazio where we could see that Juventus is a serious candidate for winning the Scudetto. Alvaro Morata scored 2 goals in the second half and the first one was scored by Adrien Rabiot in the first half. Joaquin Correa was the Lazio goal scorer.

Here we have the 3 top italian clubs:

I bet on Juventus as a winner for this season!

Juventus managed to beat Lazio in the end, from 3 penalties the referee conceded only 1 at the end of the game.
Anyway I think is too late for a comeback.

This turn we also have Inter-Atalanta and if Inter will win it will impossible IMHO.

It is not too late, but it is too early to say it is a late come back for Juventus. Inter is leading with 6 points from Milan and 7 points from Juventus and 10 points from Atalanta, all have the same number of game play (25). Mathematically, there are 39points to grab till the end of the seasons. 6-10 points gap is just a matter of 2-4 matches so anything may happen in the next 13 matches. I wish Atalanta will be able to win against Inter or at least to get a draw so the league will be much more interesting to watch till the end of the season.

Juventus got a deserved win and it was Morata's day for sure as he got 2 goals and 1 assist. I must admit that I was surprised by his great performance.  Grin  Besides, I don't understand how VAR system made important mistakes when it comes to giving obvious penalties. It is really a shame that they can still do these mistakes.

@coinlocket$ this is one of those leagues where you cannot rule out a team till the final match has been played, and I’m aware that it’s mission impossible for Juventus now to mount a league title challenge, but I also feel that we should wait for few more matches before we concede that it’s over for them. Also VAR didn’t mess up this match alone yesterday, it also messed up an Premier League match too, and I don’t understand how it’s making the game better?.

The finish from Rabiot is excellent and the counter attack that leads to the second goal scored by Morata is very amazing. It's a quick and perfect counter attack from Juventus.

Both Juventus and AC Milan are wishing a good match from Atalanta. It will be a gift for them if Atalanta can get 3 points. Inter Milan are very lucky as they don't have any injury case in this period. Juventus, AC Milan, AS Roma have many injuries and suspension cases. Bad for them.

The VAR technology in its current form was conceived as an assistant to the chief arbitrator, and not as an independent participant in the process and a person still plays a major role there. The VAR will not eliminate bias and corruption, but it will allow at least an honest referee to avoid obvious mistakes that affect the outcome of the match. And the technical roughness will be eliminated over time, but no one will cancel the law of life that football rules allow different interpretations and therefore the dissatisfied will remain all the same. And if we talk about the match, the good news is that Juventus continues to fight.
I don't like VAR which kill football matches and emotions when I watch them. If VAR can not eliminate mistakes from referees, why we need VAR? It is compromised as a tool for fairness but in fact it is not like that. Personally I would like to watch football without VAR. I accept mistakes and bad decisions for my team but I don't support VAR. Will it be disabled in the future?

In the Juve game the goals were good, it was a bit complicated at the beginning, when at minute 14 they scored a goal to the Juve, but when Adrien Rabiot's goal arrived it gave me peace of mind, and for the second half with Morata's goal it was a Consolidation and a third goal ensuring the victory, this time they did very well, I hope Juve keep up the good work. Congrats to the Juve fans!

VAR inconsistency is costing several teams valuable points; with the technology reminding us that humans are prone to error; it wouldn't matter much as Juventus cruised to a 3-1 victory and cemented the 3rd place too, a point behind AC Milan and 7 points off Inter Milan who both play their games on Sunday. Up next is the champions league tie against Porto.

No penalty, fuck this. They are killing the championship.

At least they didn't check VAR, unlike in the EPL where VAR would have been consulted, yet they make absurd decisions...

Although in my opinion there is more to the handball than what the picture suggests, the defender was sprinting (his was in natural position) and there was nothing he could have done.

Anyways, great comeback for the Old ladies and it was Morata to the rescue!

IT was even a double penalty, it is a scandal in VAR era.

It can't be happening.

1-1 1st half
Your nerves brothah, Juventus come back from far far away and nuked Lazio 3-1!
I was thinking about making a bet for Juve when it was behind with 1 goal but said nope. That was a mistake tho Undecided

It wasn't a mistake though because today's game between the two seems unpredicted during the first 35minutes despite the odds was in favor of Juventus and I once thought that Lazio was using the game as a payback to Juventus previous winning whenever they met cause Juve have defeated them on several occasion.
Next week they will face Cagliria which would be an easy-to-win game for them.

Too bad that sometimes VAR are really ignoring some chances from time to time and I don't like it at all. I'm glad that Juventus scored 2 goals after the 1st half and the 3 points are already secured because the game it's 10 minutes away from ending so huge points today for Juventus as they are still in the fight for the Scudetto and they only need to beat Inter to make a really tight race until the end.

It seems like I predicted it correctly and Juventus will have quite a hard time in this match as Ronaldo is in the subs now. Lazio scored the first goal but Juve managed to answer and equalized the score with Rabiot's goal. If Lazio find the second in the first minutes of the second half, Pirlo may prefer having Ronaldo in the game immediately after it. But I feel like he will come on in a minute between 60' and 70'.

Confirmed no Ronaldo, the game starting now.

And out of nothing, Lazio have taken the lead in a grand fashion, Correa with the brilliant dribble and even better finishing to give Lazio the lead after an horrible back pass from Kulusevski.

Juventus have been very quite so far this night and are still yet to make a goal attempt after 20 minutes on the clock.
