That is good strategy but most players dont want to go to Milan cuz they want better team

Yeah all thing that Milan always do is buying a low price players or got them free. And also the biggest problem for Milan is their defense, so they need to buy some high quality defenders like Thiago Silva and Nesta in the past.

Lukaku is 23 years old, he not gonna waste his golden year in AC Milan and he will sign for big club. I think Milan should just stick with Carlos Bacca because that guy are really talented and brought some good defender or midfielder with affordable price. Lukaku are just too good to be true for Ac Milan.

And the first target are Everton ace striker romelu lukaku, the chinese consortium want him sign for ac milan. But the problem are romelu lukaku want to play in European competition.

Perhaps AC milan have a money to bid lukaku but the player want to play in champion league, AC milan didn't play in champion league next year so i think that's just a rumour.
