I also consider that Inter Milan is totally inactive on this summer transfer, they haven't any planning to sign, even no rumor we can see about this issue. I don't know which position they are going to take.
But when you see that your rival has prepared strongly then you must have got prepared also.

Inter have not being active in this summer transfert because they are afraid to break their Financial fair play rule so if they want to sign they need to sell also last season they spent 160 million euros on getting players that made them look like title contendors but they end up out of top 3 even behind their neighbors AC Milain . they need to offload couple players and try defensive to patch up both midfield and defense i'm hearing that they are intresting in signing Serge Aurier from PSG, the parisen club wants atleast 25Millien euros for him also Juventus and Milain also looking at his situation with united Manchester putting him on their radar Inter will need to offer more to convince him to come as they have much bigger competetion.

AC Milan is the most active team on the transfer market, they do a huge change on the team. Even though they have just bought some great players but it is not a guarantee that they will be the biggest rival for Juventus for the next season title. They will need to adapt with new players, and it will not be an easy job for the manager to make the best formation with too many new players. I also read that their main focus next season is to go to Champions League first.

Well champions league was one of the competitions we mostly found AC Milan dominating but in recent years they've deteriorated really bad and can't even compete at that level of European football. I think it will be great if we can find them back on their peak like we knew them a few years ago.

Milan has bought so many new players and needs time to become a team, but the latest Bonucci and Biglia purchases (strong and experienced players) can speed up this process.
If Milan also buy a strong striker they can really fight for victory.
Anyway I think this year the Serie A will be much more interesting than last years

With all the moves made by the Milan ac in the transfer market this season, AC milan should be very clear at least go into league champions next season. They've bought good players, if they can not at least get into champions league, AC Milan will be considered a total failure.

We know they've acquired the right materials but they need to put them together to form a good team before they can be contenders again. The team has gone through a lot of ups and downs for some time now and I wish they could get Carlo ancelotti back for this rebuilding process.

There is no agreement between ac milan and borussia dortmund to repatriate Aubameyang. But if the move Aubameyang can be realized, AC milan will really threaten Juventus for the Scudetto next season. But if you put Borini in there, it's not too bad either.

surprisingly they are still in the market if they even signed a top striker rumors says that they have their eyes on Belotti , aubameyang also Morata and if they failed to sign either of those i think they can be looking to get Diego Costa from Chelsea if Chelsea managed to sign any of their targets Milain also are close to sign the porteguese youngster Renato Sanches from Bayern on loan deal. those deals should be the last ones tha tMilain will get i don't think that they will try to get more then that unless they have more then 300 Million Euros as transfer budget it will be great to get Moarata in their side as he still want's to play and he is familiar with SerieA.

So far milan is aiming for title at season start. Will they succeed that is tough one to say.
But we seen in past not just here but Iin other languages that when teams spend fortune they don't do much that season.

Yeah i agree with you. Now AC Milan is regeneration. They have a great history. I think they can be recruiting a new player again. And for Serie A this is a new era. Serie A next season will be more competitive
