I'm not seeing Motta's most remarkable accomplishment as bringing Bologna to play in the UCL as a special thing. Motta was a coach who concentrated on defensive play, and Juventus followed this last season. Regarding mentioning Juventus as a possible title contender for next season, and Im doubting it.
Though Motta has been acquiring lots of fresh players to overhaul the team, I have nothing to expect from Juventus. Moota was also quite common as a 4-back mechanism; how can I have positive thoughts of him?

It is natural for Juventus to take this step because if they still believe in Allegri then the results will remain the same. Especially the signing of the Brazilian midfielder Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa in a €50 million deal that seem to be profitable for Villa financially but yet is a huge plus to Juventus team to the race.  Luiz is a pragmatic midfielder and  one of the key players to Aston Villa's elevation in the EPL to the champions league ranks and he's sure to replicate such an impact with Juventus under Motta..

If new quality players are not brought into the club Thiago Motta will not be able to achieve a good result with these current players. Juventus has little financial problem but the management need to sign players to support Motta because he is a good coach and can achieve success for the based on his skills and experience.

The good old glory days of Juventus has gone past and now is a time for them to rebuild back to glory least they suffer this fate of their continual for the longest until they get to effect the necessary changes and make the needed evolvement for the proper growth and improvement that will get them to achieving the much they need to be back in their glory days form. Most times it's literally nothing not easy to get back to the solid form a team once had after they had fallen off such form after several years of been in such a good form, this is why it has become of utmost importance that every team, especially those in their best form who are making Waves currently across Europe, should make sure to put in place a mechanism that allows them to build up younger players for the future so they don't have to suffer terribly after a generation of a certain sets of good players exit the team either by transfer or by virtue of retirement from football. In the era when Juventus had the likes of Ronaldo and other top players who where helping the team achieve so much, they would have used that time to prepare another set of younger players who may later serve as replacements just should Incase the need arises just as it has now, but sadly they seem like they were carried away by the squad them and were just enjoying the moment until now they can no longer be able to perform as well as they were doing then, they have to start all over again if they are going to get to that position some day again at the top of the table.

Yes, I really understand what you are saying, but the problem is that even though the two clubs you mentioned both have bad finances, Inter Milan still has more quality players than Juve.
I actually don't want to compare these two clubs but if we examine it more deeply, Juve doesn't have quality players like Inter Milan has so I wouldn't be surprised if Inter Milan were able to get the Scudetto because the players Inter Milan has are more experienced.

Finances will not put pressure on players to continue trying to improve their performance, but for me this all still depends on the coach who must be able to manage the players' performance well to maintain performance from the start of the season to the end of the season.
