Comparing the competitive level between Serie A and Ligue 1, of course Serie A has a better competitive level than Ligue 1 which many people even say that Ligue 1 is a farmers' league. From here alone we can see what the level of competition is in Ligue 1.

Yes, Conte definitely knows how to win and he is a great manager and I think even better manager than Napoli deserves so there will be no problem there. Building a team is tough, and it requires money, and if he just sells players and get new ones, and if he is wrong, that is not something you can revert back that easily.

So, they can't afford him making mistakes at player movements and will restrict him if they think he is making a mistake. Of course moves that both side agrees will be done quickly, but if one side disagrees then it can go for a very long time and maybe not even happen.

Juventus still have some good players, what I feel is missing is the ability to manage them properly to achieve the results they want. I think Serie A can be more competitive than the French League. In fact, in the last few seasons, not only Inter Milan has won the Serie A title.
