The management of Roma is trying to make that the club finishes in a position that'll see them qualify to play in either the UEFA Champions League competition or the UEFA Europa League competition next season and I think they're likely to achieve their aim but to do that, they will have to improve from their current performance. Daniele De Rossi is not too experienced when it comes to club management but I still think he can help Roma reach their desired goal if he puts out his best tactical approach in the team
AS Roma management huge pressure for finishing on better standings and get qualify to Champion League next season but less supported for manager signing top players regarding how small money allocated for transfer players.
I think why Jose Mourinho have been sacked from his position because he faced difficult manage well with small money for signing top players, now Daniele De Rossi has huge pressure to bring Roma can lead until final stage of Europe League and another time he must make AS Roma possibilities for finishing in UEFA Champion League spot standings.
I feel the opportunity for Roma to finish in the top four of the Serie A standings is still quite open, although achieving this is not an easy job for De Rossi. If only they could draw against Inter last week, maybe in the next few weeks they could penetrate the UCL zone. De Rossi and his squad still have to look forward, and forget about the defeat to Inter, and will temporarily shift their focus to the Europa League play off round.
In Serie A, the competition for slots in the UCL is more fierce, because it is being fought over by several teams at once, Atalanta, Bologna, Roma, Fiorentina and Lazio will be fighting each other to secure the ticket. This is very different from the race for the Scudetto, where Inter Milan seems to be running alone at the top of the standings, because Juventus is also having difficulty suppressing Inzaghi fleet. Even though De Rossi still has very little experience as a manager, I think his understanding of Roma can help him to support his performance.
Taking over a club from a big manager is a difficult job, De Rossi will continue to be compared to Mourinho. Gradually he can release these attributes, and of course management must help him by preparing an adequate budget. It is very difficult to win trophies if you don't have good squad depth like Inter, if management can't allocate a certain amount of budget to buy quality players, then they also can't demand much from De Rossi.
