At least, the winning results on paper for AS Roma in De Rossi's first three matches were successfully realized even though indeed, De Rossi just played the first two matches against Verona and Salernitana and both were in the bottom zone of the Serie A standings. So, the reason I say De Rossi's first three matches is because yes, in fact in the next match AS Roma will still play against another relegation zone team and that team is Cagliari. Therefore, because in the first two matches De Rossi can keep AS Roma winning then of course, playing against Cagliari who are in the relegation zone still promises a victory for AS Roma because after all, AS Roma will also play at home.

So far De Rossi cannot be said to be good at coaching As Roma, it seems that their game does not have character, if you do an analysis since De Rossi coached As Roma. Indeed, De Rossi in the last two matches managed to get positive results which made them move up to 5th place in the standings with a collection of 35 points.

I know it is very difficult starting to coach a new team even when you haven’t had a lot of experience prior to coaching the team, but his ability to win one or two tough matches will make him be at advantage of staying long in the team and finding a comfort zone for himself to continue his coaching career. The next three games of AS Roma will say a lot about De Rossi’s coaching career in the team, especially the one against Inter Milan.

De Rossi has only brought two wins for Roma and I don't think we should say if he is able to handle Roma now, there are still a few matches to see the true quality of De Rossi and if he is able to overcome big teams later, if yes then it is appropriate for us to Hats off to him, currently Roma have only beaten two small teams and that cannot be a benchmark for De Rossi success.
Apart from that, two weeks after Morinho left, of course Roma game scheme has not changed much and of course the Roma players are still using the same tactics and style of play from Mourinho has been implementing it all this time. De Rossi only handles the team that was formed by Mourinho and so far we have never praised Mourinho when he wins against small teams but it is actually different when now it seems like De Rossi is doing more when he is only able to win 2-1 against Salernitana, isn't that not fair?
I think Mourinho dismissal from Roma was not because he was unable to handle Roma, but because of his bad relationship with management who did not want to provide a budget to buy decent players for the Roma squad.

De Rossi took over Mourinho role in the right period, where Roma found easy opponents in several matches, these positive results were very good for De Rossi at the start of his managerial career. We know that Roma management took quite a big risk when making the decision to appoint De Rossi as head coach, because in terms of experience of course the two are still very different. I actually quite applaud De Rossi, he can immediately click with the Roma squad, his experience with the club has given him a lot of ease to adapt quickly.

Cagliari, Inter Milan and Feyenoord will test the quality of De Rossi in the future, to what extent he can stabilize the club and prepare his players in two different leagues. On the other hand, I hope that De Rossi can be like Xabi Alonso in the Bundesliga, where he is able to bring Leverkusen to improve gradually until he can lead the top of the standings as he is now. Even though he wasn't as successful as Xabi when he was still actively playing, I feel De Rossi has a good understanding of managing a team to achieve success. For the next few moments, De Rossi still won't be able to completely escape from Mourinho shadow, but he just needs to prove to the fans that he is worthy of taking on this responsibility.

We have to admit that Salernitana's players performed very well in today's home match. Salernitana's players tried to dominate the match. So they attacked a lot. But the Roma team were tactical today. Roma players try to attack very much. But every attack that Rome made was very sharp. Corinne Dybala scored from the penalty spot in the 51st minute and Pellegrini scored another goal in the 15th minute to give Roma a 2-0 lead. After leading by 2 goals, Roma tightened their defense. Even then, Roma conceded a goal. Although Roma didn't attack much, their overall performance today was very composed.

After end of the first half I was sure things are not favourable for the Roma because they were having good ball possession, but mostly we have attacking tactics from the Salernitana which were doing good aggressive game but as we entered into second half we have penalty which allows Roma to have lead and things gone into their favour after having lead they started better and doubled their lead just after 15 minutes which confirm their win into this match because after 70 minutes they were leading by 0–2 which allow them to have control the game but Salernitana also done good job, and they play like they started, but sadly there were no able to score 2 goals and ended with 1–2 in this game which give them more headache for staying at the bottom of the league table.

It would be embarrassing result if roma was not doing it. The management's decision to hire a coach who is considered garbage by many fans will likely result in them being held responsible for the team's failures. So far so good but it's still to early to generalize that if rossi has been showing better performance than mourinho. He needs to be tested even more by facing the big clubs. The result from this match is still norma.. I consider roma is strong enough compared to the salernitana and winning the game is a must for the club. You generalize him to be even better than mourinho while rossi was only winning two matches against weak club and he never gave trophy to the roma.

Salernitana was able making roma struggle to beat it through implementing the defensive strategy. Roma was almost bottling it, but the club was lucky enough caused by roma was scoring another goal. The performance from the club was so average consider salernitana was a garbage team too.
I was expecting roma to fully dominate the game but it's not happening. Obviously, roma would be winning against salernitana as the worst club in the league. The different result if roma will face intermilan or juventus. Im sure the club can do nothing.

De Rossi has so far still managed to provide victories for AS Roma but still, the victory obtained is also only a narrow victory with a final score of 2-1 in all matches that De Rossi has led so far. Also, there is still one easy match for De Rossi against Cagliari before later AS Roma play against Inter and then play in the Europa League against Feyenoord. At least yes,there is still a good chance for De Rossi to get three points against a team that is in the relegation zone but yes, although so far De Rossi is still quite good but I'm still not sure that good results will happen for the match against Inter later.

These were a little easy games but it really does help him stay there. The fact that they are doing better and getting wins is a big plus for him, and I think Roma may finish the season better than they expected, which would be the ideal situation for them.

I believe that the best thing they could do at this moment would be just letting it be, and letting the team do their best. They can't change anything anymore, this is it, they are going to just have to put up with whatever results they will get. In this regard, a win is definitely ideal, because in any other situation if they got a loss they would just fire the manager, but now they already did that, so even if they lost, they couldn't do much, so it is very important for them to get these wins.

He is a new coach and actually his reputation in my opinion is not a problem because indeed when talking about reputation until now we still can't talk much because he is a new coach, it's just that it's not about reputation issues but the confidence we have in him.

He is a new coach whose best previous experience is in Serie C with SPAL so it will take time for De Rosi to provide evidence because with what he showed at SPAL it was not a good thing but indeed for now we cannot discuss that as a benchmark because after all we only have to see now whether he is able to answer the trust or not.

If indeed Roma's performance is getting worse then he must be prepared to be blamed because his performance cannot bring Roma to a better direction but if his condition is stagnant or even better it clearly must remain appreciated because Management's decision to bring De Rosi is the right decision.

Yes,at the moment we can't judge De Rossi too deeply. The reason is, the AS Roma match coached by De Rossi did not show any significant differences. The reason is, even though AS Roma plays against clubs ranked below them, AS Roma often concedes goals.
So, it can be concluded that currently De Rossi's work is not very visible at AS Roma. The reason is, the last three clubs that AS Roma played against clearly have quality players under their tutelage. De Rossi is a coach who still doesn't have much experience as a coach. The real test has not yet started and im sure the big obstacle for roma is just coming soon. I think that we will be seeing roma to play worst against the big club. It's only 2 wins and people are starting to praise de rossi as a great coach who can be everything.  

Im sure that people will be baffling again when roma will get another lose again. Roma was also struggling to beat salernitana and the club shall be thankful to the dybala caused by he was helping club to win the game throughout his penalty. Im not even seeing a special stats from roma.
Roma played like shit even though it has been quality compared to the salernitana. Im concerning this caused by roma's statistic is hurting my eyes. Salernitana has a better stat compared to the roma which is unbelievable.

Salerntana was not lucky enough caused by the referee was awarding roma a penalty that was also giving bad result to the salernitana. It was unnecessary foul from salernitana's player. That's bad for the club.
Salernitana can try to keep its current performance and i hope it will be lucky enough later.

These two matches should be a match to get full points for AS Roma because AS Roma is in need of more points to aim for a better position. And the match with Salernitana has been won by AS Roma so what AS Roma has to think about next is winning the match with Verona in order to stay in a position that is not too far from the top five. Because the competition for points in the middle of the Italian League is currently increasingly fierce and quite close with several teams.

You will never find a top coach that would glorify a bad performance because of a good result unless it was a knockout game where all that counted was the win. It is the win that counts, but coaches want to see progress besides the results because they know that bad performances will give you good results in a very limited number of cases. Instead, coaches want reliable and stable performances because that is the recipe for long term success.

If you say we can't deny the fact that they got better results, true. But we can't deny the fact that they didn't play any better than before is also true.
