Finally and after three years Roma got Muriniho fired from this team. They are in the 9th place of the Serie A and that isn't acceptable for Roma to be in this situation, so far in the league they got only 29 points.
But now Roma is going to take some risks and they started working with Daniele De Rossi, their former player.
It's good that Roma hired a new coach immediately after firing Mourinho; that's what a team is supposed to do when the previous coach is fired, but can they be certain that the new coach will improve Roma's performance the way the team wants? The only issue Roma has, in my opinion, is that its players are weak. The team will not recognise this, even though the players' weaknesses are hurting the team. Roma used to win some of their games; their performance in the serie A league is not as poor as that of Chelsea and Manchester United in premier league, and Mourinho is doing everything in his power to ensure that the team's performance improves.
As of right now, the team has fired Mourinho and hired a new coach with immediate effect, which is positive. Soon, Roma will play, so we'll see if the players or the coach is to blame for the team's poor performance, but in my opinion, Roma still needs to add more players. Unlike some teams, Roma does not have financial difficulties, so if they really want to, they can acquire new, talented players.
