Football has evolved from those tactics and Jose Mourinho is finding hard to cope with the present style of football, although roma is a mid team I still think same faith would be fall any big team if Jose Mourinho takes over as coach.

On the contrary, expecting best performance from Jose Mourinho is right and justifiable given his antecedents. He has all it takes to deliver on any assignment as regards to coaching. In his present club, he has good players and a team With track record. The only challenge he is facing is injuries of players which is normal and also a way of testing how well a coach can improvise.

Jose Mourinho shouldn’t be blamed too much for his performance with Roma this season. In the first two seasons with them, he did well and even won them a trophy. Will they now overlook that and want to send him packing because he is underperforming this season? To me, that will be unfair but a coach is always blamed for the lack of performance of the team. I think he should be given some grace till next season or end of this season, he might improve in his management skills and make the team better like they wanted. Sacking him and bringing in new coach now, will only cause some setback to the team and will take a while for them to get themself back into the league again. This is not a good idea and I don’t even buy the idea. Jose Mourinho shouldn’t be relieved off his duty, he can do better when given the chance.
