But what about Tier II and any later?

ANYONE STILL INVESTING IN THE PROJECT YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET. Let me see.. HOLD HOLD HOLD and the money will come. That is what they keep telling you. But the price keeps falling and there is no advancement in any hardware, software or contracts with any big names you have heard of. So where do you think all this money is going to come from to make any of this worth while?
The idea of the project deserves attention. I will study the documents in more detail and possibly support you on ICO, but even a cursory study it is clear that the project will be in demand among users.
No visible progress in real project's work was (and still is) my main complain about Uingo.
They make some marketing things and tons of advisor's PR on crypto-witches black celebrations...
But there is no real application, no hardware or SW for equipment modification.
No MVP (just kid's image on web-page).
If I will see something real, not words - will buy immediately some thousands of ING for averaging.
But now it is better to wait for lower price

There is simply no need to worry if you will get the tokens because if developers really wants to scam you,they will scam everyone and coins are useless anway.So just relax,do other stuff and coins will come.And if its a problem to wait abit for tokens,how will you hold tokens for months or even years without just dumping them.

Yes,any new tokens that you buy during any of the stages wont affect your bonus,that will be only based on the amount of ING you had when HODL started.

I have a question.. where would we have to keep our tokens to get dividends? will a user keeping his or her tokens on bitdice get dividends or we have to keep it on wallets like myetherwallet? Thanks for your answer!
You have to keep ING in your own personal wallet,so MEW, Metamask or any other ERC20 compatible wallet.
