Wonder when iec will be open for trading again on bittrex

Thats a good question, i would also liek to get back to trading on Bittrex. Especially now that it seem YoBit has managed to update the wallet and we can transfer between the exchanges. This trading offtime hurts a lot tho, people dont like instablity. I hope Bittrex manages to start everything back up Smiley

I was thinking about the idea of having ATM's and i don't really see this benefiting anyone for now that much. It could be nice for people who live in that area but lets face it, most users are worldwide and will never see any benefit from having them. All you would be doing is paying maintenance costs.
I would much rather see a wider acceptance online. Maybe more options to swap IEC for the coins or other valuables. Something like that.

Step by step we will get more popularity in online sales. By the way. Look, we have opened►https://www.ivugeo.eu/ You can simply sign up and you will see our other projects. Our company is also working on the development of these projects  Wink

Need some time for create all that we are planning.

I fully understand that it all needs time and planning. Nothing can really happen overnight.
I am just saying that maybe the effort needs to be towards a narrower goal and then add on things as others start working.
For example i went and visited the link and nothing on it is working. If you want to display the "future plans" maybe it would be good to mark them on the site as such also. Not clickable but TBD.

autoreconf: aclocal failed with exit status: 1

Hi
i have just tested the clone / build and its fine
what commands did you use  ?

thanks
Paul

All I've done so far is a git clone and then the autogen....

very strange

i would remove the folder and start again

this is what i did to build it

cd
git clone https://github.com/ivugeocoin/ivugeocoin
cd ivugeocoin/
./autogen.sh
./configure --with-incompatible-bdb
make
./make install

i you know what your doing but some tines we all miss a bit

thanks
Paul

yeah I already did remove the folder and doing a git pull from the previous built had a bunch of merge conflicts...

I'll give it a try on a different server and see what happens.

IMHO one needs a more recent version of autoconf. I bet you are also trying to build on Wheezy?

Yeah! My older wheezy server wouldn't work. I did it on a newer one, ubuntu 15.10 and it did work.

Nice to hear, tried on Wheezy and Ubuntu 14.04 without any joy.
Maybe dev will look into it so that we can build it on older versions too. Funny enough latest litecoin sources build just fine on the same boxes/versions.

I wish IEC comeback, this time I was still holding. but I have bought at 600 and sell at 800, enough to recover when I bought at a price 2000 satoshi.

I, too, continue to hold all my coins! I believe in this project!

I believe with IEC, they have a good team, like they get a disaster because the hackers, but they can handle it and iec back life Smiley

Hello Ivugeo Friends! Sorry for the big silence. We had a real reason to keep silence almost 6 days. Firstly do not panic, everything is fine, just read my ann and update your wallet! Wink

So, about one week after first hacker attack we recieved in our online support - Zopimchat, this...

we are the invisible hand group. We are responsible for the 51% attacks against Gulden (nlg) debitcoin.org/de-week-van-bitcoin-35-de-terugkeer-van-de-gulden-met-efl-en-guldencoin/ . Needless to say, these attacks lead to a myriad of negative outcomes including:
Lack of user trust.
Lack of trust from exchanges.
De-listing from exchanges.
Loss of value.
And many more.
We estimate the total loss to the founders and owners of the project was around $15,000 USD.
With that said, now it's your turn.
In 96 hours, we will attack IEC. Looking at the depth of the books across exchanges, we estimate we can proft about 20 btc or about $8,000. We also suspect that this will cause a damage to your company in excess of that amount.
If 15 btc are paid to 14G9LzYJXJWHJVHUVdcVwoMQUAc16CKQR2, we will not attack your coin and you will never hear from us again. If not, your coin will be attacked. We will not tell anyone that you paid and we will not return.
Lastly, if you would like proof that we are who we say we are, we can sign a message with the wallets used in the NLG attacks.

After that we immediately decided to check our wallet. We did not find suspicious errors, but nevertheless, we completely revamped the wallet to avoid potential problems!

At the same time, we rented 300MH/s for 48 hours for support our network. After that we rented 230MH/s for 72 additional hourshttp://pool.ivugeocoin.comhttps://i.imgur.com/0z7PukE.png ◄► https://i.imgur.com/OdwCDwg.png

Now we have made a lot of security corrections. Anyone can check it in our source code.
Since our coin has a classical algorithm (scrypt), now our wallet is built by using Litecoin source code with the latest hot security updates v0.10.3.0rc1.

Maybe it was a stupid joke, But we decided not to risk our reputation and trust of our customers! After creating a new wallet, we secretly updated wallet to v1.6.0.0 on all services.

Now we updated all services except - Bittrex(only trading)Yobit/Blockexperts/Coinpayments - we sent them a request

Changelog:
Quote
Complete upgrade from Litecoin base 0.8.7 to 0.10.3
Updated protocol version to 70009
Client version is now 1.6.0.0
Changed IvugeoEvolutionCoin to IvugeoCoin
Removed auto-checkpoints
New version Kimoto Gravity Wave
Other Security Updates

Features added due to the upgrade:
Quote
Watch-only wallet support
Faster blockchain synchronization due to headers-first synchronization and support for downloading blocks in parallel.
Improved signing security due to using the libsecp256k1
Strict DER encoding for signatures (BIP 66)
Overall cleaner base with better code

By the way! This is an intermediate version of the wallet! In the next release, we will use a new design ►DEMO◄, we will add a lot of additional functions (notifications, home page for our all projects, stats, tickers, trade, etc.) + Some cool features and "logical decisions" Wink

For download new version of wallet usehttp://ivugeocoin.com/down/ivugeoevolutioncoin-qt-win.zip

Source codehttps://github.com/ivugeocoin/ivugeocoin

For upgrade Ivugeo wallet not necessary to delete the old blockchain! Just use the new file ivugeocoin-qt.exe

About IEX

Ivugeo Exchange will be fully launched 21.12

About ATMs

At the last moment, our partners ►Bitchain◄ are thrown us. They want to get a big advance payment and only after 6 months they will create for us custom version of ATMs! This offer is not suitable for us!

Our management has decided not to waste time. Our director will meet on this month with ►Caixerbtc◄ to sign a new contract! If everything goes is successfully, then in January we will have 5 custom ATMs for buying / selling of Ivugeo Coins for fiat money!

As soon as we get more information, we will immediately report it to the new announcement!

About Day and Night

Have a nice day or night! Ivugeo team Grin

Damn so many hack/extortion events in such a short time. It could have just been a "spook", someone tested if you would budge (Its never good to pay the extortion money). I hope you got the exchange working as intended, id really like to see if the "silver" and "Gold" coins come back so we could get them.
I hope you guys find a good company to take care of the ATM's.
