yes the Jackpot is accumulating with big bets. and exactly as you said no one yet hit the Jackpot with the max bet that would be needed to get the full Jackpot of almost 2 BTC right now.
the Jackpot amount is adjusting to your wager amount. right now a wager of
about 70k satoshi would win the full Jackpot of about 1.96203418 actually not a bad deal at all but somehow most of the players don't understand our Jackpot model
but time will help or a nice Jackpot Promotionfor example we had today a user who placed each bet 100k satoshi on 1 racer and as only 70k satoshi would have been enough to win the full Jackpot the difference between the needed 70k satoshi and the 100k satoshi bet will accumulate the Jackpot size and let it grow. we had users who for example wagered 500k satoshi on up to all 6 racers and exactly those big bets will accumulate the Jackpot.
it could well be that the Jackpot will rise to 3 BTC and more
