If for a long time your relationship with the platform was in order and all your conclusions were approved on a regular basis, then you just have to continue the dialogue.
I don’t think they will decide to pocket your winnings just because it’s a big win. Revenue from such platforms is much higher.

The thing is, the said "upper support" demanded a fee before they will allow OP to withdraw his winnings.  This is an in your face scamming.  Notice the  point of the casino representative on the telegram saying that they cannot touch the players money when OP ask them to deduct the fee from his fund and yet threatening the player that they will add it to the jackpot as a donation.  It is now a question if that representative from telegram is real support of that Casino, better to ask that person to send all their demands via email then see if they will use the official Jetwin support email.

Everything is correct. Almost everything that is discussed in the telegram is very similar to a fraudulent scheme, after which a given support specialist can disappear in an unknown direction.
The fact that they cannot touch the players' funds is complete nonsense.

seeing that jetwin never bothered replying to the scam accusation against them here in the forum and the half-assed reply they made to OP. I expected in a way that this will not go well for the OP. $25K is a huge loss. too bad forum members can do limited things in this issue.

What are going to do next? You tried everything you could so what is your next step? They should not be allowed to get away with this because $25,000 is a lot of money.

Yes I have all obvious steps and answer these questions before the phone number that they provide is for a privacy Guardian number and the address they have listed in Arizona is a bogus address got a bank and a restaurant if not a casino  I've heard they are based out of karako but not really sure  I don't know what to do or where to go but  I'm very upset

Multiple accounts was not any violation they had stated in an earlier email for 1 if my approved cashouts back in may that they dontdo KYC so multiple accounts was not an issue they do not do bonuses so that was not an issue

When it comes to verbal accusations without any solid proof being provided then it would really be just an empty thing or wont really make any impact at all.

As suggested when accusing someone then you should back up it so that the majority or the public would really believe on what he do claim and make their own conclusion.

Mulit-accounts is always been a restricted or prohibited thing on most online casinos and once you do break their ToS then its just normal for them to make such action

and theres no one you can blame of.

I have provided plenty of proof I dont know what more information or screenshots or proof you would need but I have plenty.. I have the transaction ids from the cashout requests all the emails to and from jetwin support all the screenshots of the telegram conversation I had with the supposed supervisor..... what else would you like

That really sucks. Still hard to believe the support would be such a scammy a-hole to you. Well, 2 casinos that I like and have never had any problems with personally (mind you I never bet big or won big) are:

People are gonna say, "oh, but they also have bad reputations," and my answer is all casinos have user complaints about them. I don't gamble at casinos anymore but when I did I played at both occasionally over the course of a few years and nothing bad ever happened. So, make of that what you will.

well they have disabled my account and locked me out of jt and stole over 25000 dollars i have heard nothing from anyone i havr tried to complain to noone seems to care and they still operate

Jetwin have a review page in AskGamblers you should post your case there as well, i'm not sure if it's going to change the situation but it's worth a try as they usually act on the posted issues.

The only casino I know that accepts gamblers from the USA is Nitrogensports they only have a few games but you'll probably have a better experience over there.

That's because you weren't actually speaking with Jetwin on Telegram, it was just some rogue scammer. I think the scammer was doing what is called "email spoofing" to make it look like you were receiving an email from the official Jetwin support but in reality you were receiving email from the scammer. That's why this guy was asking you to send him bitcoin and then your login credentials -- he obviously doesn't work for Jetwin.

I know it doesn't look good but just keep at it. I would try to contact them directly through the website if that is at all possible, it looks like they have a Live Chat feature. Perhaps they will one day allow you to withdraw something. Sorry we couldn't have been of more help.

Not giving the final judgement but I believe they are really guilty on this case. And I don't think that they even care for their reputation here, they do not even care about it when the OP warned them about posting the issue publicly.
Plus they are threatening the OP if she continue to file a case against Jetwin.
Their "last level support" is very rude negotiating about the case, they are not being professional.

So maybe the best thing to do is to fight them (if the OP can) to the court to stop this kind of fraud.
