I have no problem doing kyc but that's not what the people from the email are asking me that's just what the guy from the telegram is asking me I don't really know much about any of this but I will post the email pictures and the other that I have from jetwin and my name is kristyn keese. It's taking me forever to post it on Twitter because it will only let me do 4 pictures at a time. So it might be easier to find me on Facebook and get my post off of there I'll add everything I have all the evidence I have in one Facebook post my email for my facebook [email protected] give me a minute to pull all the pictures together and post them there

This might be easier for the one who's verifying. This is all screenshots came from the twiiter account that OP provide. It would be better if we can have the username of the one your talking, It might be an imposter trying to get money from you.

KYC might be your only option if you are desperate as you said in your conversation.

Jetwin casino just sent me a message i will copy and paste it here instructing me to contact MichaelJet on telegram and he proceeded to try and extort me for .2 bitcoins saying that i will not get my money until i pay the .2. I do not have .2 bitcoin i instructed him to take it out of my winnings and he said that was not possible...... I think i have lost the war and i just feel hopeless. IS there anything i can do???

i dont have a copper membership so i cant post the telegram messages but i will put them on twitter if anyone cares enough or is interested enough to look. If anyone out there can help me i will pay 2000 dollars out of the winnings to that person, but i have to actually receive the winnings first

KYC means know your customer ,  which means you might need to send some identification documents .   But from what you said it's not the case so far .
Read again what I wrote , it's standard to be delayed a bit , they are waiting for the game providers green light  ( Basically Jetwin casino doesn't own the slots u played at , they get permission to have them on their casino from the game providers)   so I'll tell you again , don't panic , I'm pretty sure it will be fine once the verification comes back from the game providers.

I dont know what kyc is but i have identification if thats what you mean where else can i complain about this so that i can get the word out they have always paid me before but its never been this much its like every game i played was hitting. I dont know what to do

I don't know them as a casino , but I will give you some general info regarding the email they sent you . Usually in case of large wins etc,  they need to verify the wins with their game providers ,  this is pretty standard stuff , bigger casinos as Fortunejack etc do this aswell , and sometimes it takes  a few days , basically they're checking if you somehow cheated or abused the software ( which probably you didn't) .

So try not to panic too much ,  as this is something standard .   But I'm pretty sure they'll probably ask you for KYC aswell soon enough , so you need to be ready to pass this verification aswell.

I dont know how to put a pic in 1 of these messages so i will just copy and paste my withdrawals and then copy and paste the emails

I realize the last 3 withdrawals were from today but the rest were from 2 days ago and all they keep saying is that it takes 24 to 48 hours to process a withdrawal but i play here all the time and they have never taken longer than 1 day to process anything and they did process 1 for 250 dollars the day i did the withdrawal.

30,000$ is a large amount, perhaps you started sounding the alarm early.
But nevertheless, if you want someone to help you here, first provide evidence of your story.

Just check in left bottom you have option move topic then post this all in required format hopefully you will have better response even I am feeling JetWin is not here for many months and their site is alreay have many other scam cases but still you can do this all very easily.

It is better to move the topic to the Scam Accusations or Reputation.

After all that remains for you to give more information and answer the questions asked to you.

Move this to scam accusations or reputation. Are they explicitly saying they won't process your withdrawal or do they request something like KYC details? Some casino have this KYC card afaik.
