Most sites they usually manually need to approve the first withdraw to prevent people using them as a bitcoin mixer. After a few withdraws your withdraws might be automatic.
This is nothing new and the casinos need to do this to protect themselves or else they would have people sending large amounts of BTC, making 1 bet and then withdrawing.
We appreciate it, we have no problem with our specific withdrawal even if it would take 1 week, but when we evaluate a website we need to take our users into account, as you can also appreciate, we did not use this site to gamble, but simply to test how it works.
