My last login was a few hours before that account block. I just cashed out successfully from them on 30th december. Needed that much money in the account to martingale. I guess this casino doesn't like winners as my written email & twitter message to them went unanswered.

Its almost more then one month they are not giving any update so my guess is they are going out of this business or have some issues which are taking more time then they was expecting.

Maybe they are in a long holiday at the moment, OP is not active since 12th already. Lets wait at least until after the new year, maybe they are preparing something big for the new sportsbook so they need to take longer times to make it perfect first. Who knows? Hopefully something unexpected is not happening, it can be very unfortunate if they are out of this business.

Are they not allowing your to withdraw your money?

You should send the support and tell your concern, only the sportsbook is down I guess, if they'll not respond and solve the problem, you can create a scam accusation.

We do not have country selector on our registration form. All accounts are anonymous, we do not restrict players by country.

It seems that you are talking about betting account's currency. Unfortunately we do not support Malaysian Ringgit yet, but you can select USD instead.
