Manchester City showed that they meant business in the title race when they went to Stamford Bridge and won through former Blue Kevin De Bruyne's strike in the reverse fixture. With the title nearly sealed up now, some would feel City might left off the gas. But that isn't Guardiola's style, and he will want to push Chelsea down as far as he can.

    National Hockey League action on Friday evening and we will see the Atlantic Division square off with the Metro Division as The Montreal Canadiens grapple with the New York Islanders at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York in game two of their home-and-home series. The Canadiens took game one by a score of 3-1. Goalie Probables: The Canadiens will be sending out Antti Niemi and the Islanders will counter with Jaroslav Halak.

Cleveland Cavaliers (36-24, 21-9 Home) vs Philadelphia 76ers (32-27, 13-17 Away)

    It’s a possible first-round playoff matchup on the shores of Lake Erie. The Philadelphia 76ers try to get back on track as they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers Thursday night. Philadelphia lost their second straight as they fell 102-101 at Miami Tuesday night. Cleveland had dropped two of three before outlasting Brooklyn 129-123 at home Tuesday night. The all-time regular season series between the teams is tied at 102 wins apiece but the Cavaliers have taken the last 11 matchups, including both this season.

Boston Bruins (38-15-8, 84pts) at Pittsburgh Penguins (36-24-4, 76pts)

    The Bruins have been a solid home team this year and they look to keep it going against a Pittsburgh team that is missing its number one goalie and have struggled on the road this year. The Pens has a six-game win streak going, but have now lost their last two games in a row and I feel that streak will hit three. Tuukka Rask has been very good at home where he has gone 16-7 with a 1.99 GAA and he should have what it takes in this game to slow down a hot Pittsburgh offense, while his own offense does its job against one of the two rookies. Take the Bruins in this one, especially since the home team is 6-0 the last six games in this series.

Washington Wizards (36-25, 18-11 Home) vs Golden State Warriors (47-14, 23-7 Away)

    Washington has to go from a tough road trek to Milwaukee on Tuesday to host Golden State at home on Wednesday night from Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. Before Tuesday’s game, the Wiz were fourth in the East and first in the Southeast Division. The Warriors, who last played at New York, (125-111) on Monday, have won three straight since the All-Star break. They sit at second place in the Eastern Conference at a 1/2 game behind Houston. The Warriors edged the Wizards in their first game, 120-117 on Oct. 27.

Arsenal (6th, 13-6-8, 45 pts) at Manchester City (1st, 23-3-1, 72 pts)

     After a loss to the very same City side just days ago that showed a real lack of fight, it is very hard to argue for Arsenal to win in this match. Sure, they have lost each of their three matches away from home, each in different competitions, and Arsenal are still a fine team, but it's just impossible to see how a team so devoid of real confidence beating City's juggernaut.

Miami Heat (31-29, 15-12 Home) vs Philadelphia 76ers (32-26, 13-16 Away)

    The two teams occupying the final two playoff spots in the Eastern Conference battle on the hardwood down in South Beach. The Philadelphia 76ers are on the road as they visit the Miami Heat Tuesday night. Philadelphia saw their seven game win streak snapped with a 109-94 road loss to Washington Sunday night. Miami snapped a three game slide with a 115-89 home demolition of a shorthanded Memphis squad Saturday night. The Heat has a narrow 58-57 advantage in the all-time regular season series but the 76ers claimed both meetings this season, including a 104-102 home win in the last matchup on February 14.

    The Minnesota Wild will be trying to extend their winning streak to five games when they host the St. Louis Blues at the Xcel Energy Center on Tuesday night.     The Houston Rockets (46-13) just can’t stop winning at the moment. They’ve bumped their current winning streak up to a dozen games following last night’s 119-114 win over the Denver Nuggets. James Harden had himself quite a night as he erupted for his second 40-point game of the month to go with eight rebounds and seven assists. Chris Paul added 23 points and six assists, while Trevor Ariza was the only other Rocket in double-digits with 14. The Rockets will be gunning for their 13th win in a row against the Utah Jazz (31-29), whose own win streak ended at 11 games on Friday following a loss to the Portland Trail Blazers. However, they bounced right back as they picked up a 97-90 win over the Dallas Mavericks. Donovan Mitchell delivered 25 points, six rebounds, and five assists to pace the Jazz. Rudy Gobert had a 13-point, ten-rebound double-double, while Joe Ingles had a nice all-around night with 12 points, four boards, and eight assists.

Tampa Bay Lightning (42-17-3, 87pts) at Toronto Maple Leafs (39-20-5, 83pts)

    National Hockey League action on Monday evening and a pair of teams from the Atlantic Division will duke it out as the Toronto Maple Leafs invade Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida to take on the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Maple Leafs enter off a 4-3 home win over the Bruins, while the Lightning are off a 4-3 shootout win over the Canadiens on the road. Goalie Probables: The Maple Leafs will be sending out Frederik Andersen and he will be opposed by Andrei Vasilevskiy.

With Paul Pogba out of form and out of the team too, Chelsea could snatch a result on Sunday.

    Roma face a tricky proposition in Ukrainian soil, but their hosts Shakhtar Donetsk are themselves keen to break the voodoo in Champions League round of 16. Shakhtar Donetsk and Roma last met in the Champions League at this same stage back in 2011.
