Am highly disappointed in your services. I have tried all means to write to your customer care fr many months now but you don't reply MY emails , so I decided to wrote to your via Facebook, I got a reply from some arrogant guy saying he had sent me a reason to my email why I won't be getting any of my winnings back but I have never received any email from them. What really happened to my Btc?
IMO they should refund you dude! Cause u never cheated here, nor violated any terms, they blocked your account you should email them, if they don't unlock your account, you can make a scam accusation thread in the forum, so they will refund you I am pretty sure.
