My account has been unusable for two days now, with 5.78btc in it. Upon attempting a withdrawal a popup will issue a message: "Minimal withdrawal amount is 10 MBTC. User is not active, cannot withdraw". I've written to support over email and jetwin's internal messaging system. No response.
I was told my account would be closed if I continue to the bet the way I did (or something along those lines), however, my account was unlocked and I was able to withdraw my bitcoins.Do you by any change used another account on Jetwin? If yes, that is the case.

Hey Jetwin, you guys need to pace up your bet settlement process, sometimes it takes more than half an hour after a match is over before the bet gets settled, which is too long it should get settled within 4-5 minutes after an event is over. It usually is ok but it does causes problems when the next match is about to start and the money is stuck at the bet which one has won but is not yet settled.
It can take up to 20 minutes for online fiat bookies to settle bet wins sometimes. I don't think 30 minutes is overly excessive for a company to give you your winnings.
I guess it depends what type of bet it was & how long their system takes to calculate winnings/losses?
Well DB takes literally minutes after the bet is settled and 30+ minutes is too much, don't know why that much time is needed to confirm that an event is over or which side has won when the results are updated all over the internet within seconds. For some bets it is understandable but if the event is over all bets should get settled within 10 minutes tops.

it doesn't matter, you have a bug bankroll now, you only need to complete some rollover amount, i got 45mbtc, but 24X rollover which is 1080 rollover amount. i wish i will have big bankroll so that i can easily bet 1080 mbtc in one bet, and complete the rollover.

However - I dont see anywhere stating that players aren't permitted to play them - just that only Sports Bets contribute to wager req.

Ill be able to clear the Wager requirement tomorrow by the end of the 4pm NFL games, did I screw myself by playing the slots?
