Are you from one of the countries which are valid for the bonus? Also, it be a good idea to read the other terms and conditions on that page prior to claiming any bonus.

Can you post a screenshot of that page which shows that you have completed the wagering requirement? If it says complete then the funds should be allowed to be withdrawn instantly. Not sure but I think they might ask you to provide credentials.

Roll over is 15 times and you have just 1 btc mean its still need more work from you for withdraw please check terms and conditions on front page of site

He can complete wager requirement with any balance upon completion. They have to check account and when they approve and activate, you will be able to withdraw. I had to wait 24h to get withdraw after passing rollover requirement few months ago.

You can just PM them here. Had the same issue in the past. Sending a PM got it solved. 7 Hours isn't a long waiting time for getting a reply.

The rollover in USA is 12x which is easy enough (150 mbtc x 12=1800) but the problem is you only get 45 mbtc off your rollover for each bet. You have to make 40 45mbtc +
Bets total and hope not to bust.

10 btc withdrawal is little for Jetwin. You should be more worried than you bust your capital first before you reach 10 btc.
