I don't have experience with setting up a pool, but I have access to a pretty powerful server (64gb ram, Xeon processor, OC3 connection) I could potentially host one on. I've been looking into running P2Pool, but haven't found a lot of info on it yet. Do you have any guidance on setting up a P2Pool?
there are still 5000JKC bounty available for a new pool, anyone out there wants to help?

I am still doing solo mining, but when diff increase more, then I may switch to the pool mining

You mean only leave 500K? There will be things like supporting groups, faucet, pools, etc.
I don't mind distributing some more bounty, by giveaways or lotteries or other forms, if the community feels that way.
