Actually nowadays getting visa depends on where are you from. Even there are some rules and regulations what a company need to follow. It depends on where authorities operates their company. If they belong to visa friendly country where visa policy isn't that much strick then maybe they'll give you visa cause thus they'll responsible for your further activities in that country which could be sensible matter. So they'll take time to verify your work, your personality and then they'll allow you to work with them in thier country.  So first need to get job in online. And then follow the rest of process. But yeah, there are many others jobs and you can go to any country directly by working visa from your county. Although I don't know your origin and which country will be your destination.

Actually good job or business can be done from home country so you should find ways to earn good money in home country. Moreover getting a visa from a developing country is quite difficult and you cannot go there directly. It is possible to earn good money if you get a visa to pursue activities in a developed country but all the means should be perfect.

Hey buddy we are in 2024, most of the applications are open via online and walk-in interviews getting rare so if you fulfilled the required criteria for a job then sure you can apply and wait for the interview which may happen online and if you are selected then company will take care of everything.

You haven't mentioned about what kind of job, you would like to do. But as you are posting it in Bitcointalk, then it is possible that you are aiming to have crypto related job. Although it is same for other category job too. as you didn't reveal your country or about the country where you would like to go, it is hard to give you visa related advise. But in both cases, i don't think any country will give you visa until you are get selected a job in their company in their country. So you need to apply first and you can search your desire joh in linkedin. After that you can have visa if you can convince the authority.

It is dangerous and shouldn't be tolerated.

That's why for each migrant worker that's undocumented, they're representing their country and their other countrymen. That gives the negative record on that particular migrant's country and how they're neglecting the process.

Most likely what op is referring to as the illegal way is when overseas workers stay in a country with an expired visa or those illegal immigrants

Undocumented workers mostly came to the country for work but then their contract ended a little too early and therefore have no more reason to stay in the country and it will probably be hard to get a citizenship in that country so workers tend to just go undocumented for the sake of their families

There are a lot of workers are trying to go with the wrong route of doing an illegal way and everyone shouldn't go for that path.

There are some physical company that accepts applicants to work for other countries specially those who are having Call Center that is famous in my country , there is no need for Visa .
but what are you trying to have here? is this for working abroad physically mate? sorry but when it involves Visa this means you are flying abroad?
and also best if he wanted to put specific country that he is targeting and also from which country he  comes from .

What is the need for Visa? are you referring to physical job here mate?  but if you are for Online
jobs then better also to give your skills , course and talent here? so maybe there will be offers from the company

Just search for that job and if a company hires you directly then they'll be able to help you out with all the documents and processes just for you to comeby and start working for them.

Many are working remotely and that's no need for any visa as long as you remain their online remote worker. But it's still a different thing when you work on an actual job from that country inside the company's premises.

I lived the same story, a few years ago I participated in several campaigns as a translator and/or community manager, and although the clients were from different countries there was no problem since they paid in crypto, and crypto is not forbidden in my country. I even registered myself as a freelance , paid my taxes, and nobody asked for more details.

If you want to work at home set up then try to find jobs on freelancing sites like upwork and fiverr. But if you can do something to other people then try to offer your service, but for now maybe try to observe first how the job market on this forum works and if you are familiars on what type of jobs you can get here then try to enhance your skills so that you can do more better than other people and get hired quickly. To many opportunities here just be active to spot the new post or offers ask by clients.

I don't think this necessarily applies to the bitcoin forum. More suitable for a forum about making money and the like. However, if you want to find a job in another country, I think nowadays there are many possibilities to contact a specific company, there are many - in the industry you are interested in and just ask if it is possible. They may be able to handle all the formalities, but it may depend on the particular company. Nowadays, remote work is also very popular, but often you have to be physically in a given country to work, i.e. you cannot work for a company branch in England, e.g. from China. Of course, as I mentioned earlier, everyone has their own work policy and it's best to check it by contacting specific companies.

Are you talking about crypto related jobs? If so then you should have a lot a major in Computer Science or what the latest is, Blockchain Technology.

And maybe if you can find jobs that is about crypto and apply, who knows, maybe the employer is going to hire you and obviously sponsor you to get a visa to work in their country.

It's just weird though that you ask that because the current trend is that people love to work remotely or WFH status now.
