You mean working remotely from your country for another company in another country. You will have to possess serious and valuable skills to be considered for this kind of jobs. If there are many other people who can do what you do, that is the service you provide to the company, they will be more interested in employing someone from their own country even if they will work from home than someone who is another country and wants to work from home. To get these kinds of jobs, you have to develop your skills to an extent that you are sort after and put yourself out there for consideration.

You talking about getting paid in Bitcoin or $? There are market places for job hunters like you can job search on websites like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr. And these platforms have clients paying remote workers with USD.If you get a job in a company then it is possible to manage the visa?
But if that's what you like, yes, they may get you the working VISA and they're the ones that's going to support you with that so the process will be easier if you get hired directly by a company that's from offshore. 
If you get employment letter from any other county then it could help you in visa as well but you should look for some sources that can help you but this is not the board for doing such discussion and can't help a lot on this topic.Like what kind of jobs you want as they all have different skills so you should do your own efforts to find them but be careful while looking for them as many scam websites can take money from you in such cases and then won't respond at all.
