Hi, I was wondering if I should quit my job and focus more on bitcoins? Because I think it might get me even richer without a job?  Grin

You can focus on Bitcoin, but I hope you don't think faucets and signature campaigns are the core constituents of bitcoin. Try and find a job in a bitcoin-related field.

For now I prefer to find bitcoin than my work. Well, I do not have a job anyway, so still have a little salary. But if I have a steady job, maybe I'll choose my work from bitcoin.

Hi, I was wondering if I should quit my job and focus more on bitcoins? Because I think it might get me even richer without a job?  Grin

This is quite impossible to answer with so little information to go on. If you are tenured then you would be stupid to quit (just take a sabbatical) but if you are flipping burgers and have 6 months rent in your pocket then quit. Anywhere inbetween is really a judgement call.

I wanted to wrote something like I love bitcoin too, but I do not have any intention to quit my job, why not both, and something similar. After I saw your comment I realized that it is really impossible
to answer on question like this cause there is to little info about what is really going in his life, how much he earn on his current job, how much he earn with bitcoins.
Judgement call sounds like the best answer, he need to decide what he wish more, and where he see him in 5 years. He need to make his step, no matter how good advices we give in the end it is his
call, and better to make decision alone based on all circumstances.
I wish him good luck! I do not think that I can do more for him.

That's up to you.
But are you sure you'll become richer if you quit your job?

Just do your job and also bitcoins.
If you think that bitcoin could be more profitable in any matters such as money and all,
at that time you could choose whether you quit or not.

I wouldn't suggest that. I don't know how old are you and what experiences you have but without steady income is hard to live. And Bitcoin is still too risky and uncertain way of earning that you sometimes can't influence on. But on the other hand if you don't have any financial obligations and still are very young you could try, nothing to lose.

Hahaha I'm only 20, and even though I'm still young, I still worry about my future.  Cry

Too young for that kind of idea but maybe you can try it. If it success then focus on it but if not then its the time for you to find a job. Maybe you can used bitcoin only as an another source of income. You should be sure for your future so dont depend your life on it.

Dont defend on bitcoin. Leaving your job for it was not a good idea becuase even your job wont make you rich as soon as you want it will teach a lesson from it. You may balance this two so that while you are earning bitcoin you also earn money and lesson from your job.

You don't really need a job, just a Time Machine that takes you to the year 2140.  First thing I would do then is take a nice vacation to the moon.

Quit your job for bitcoin is never a good option for now,do it for a part time basis. If you think you can earn from bitcoin only and run your family ,that would be major failure for literally anyone. Its better when you use bitcoin as a secondary/extra income.
Because I think it might get me even richer without a job?  Grin
Rich? You need a lot of patience and amazing skills and hardwork for you to atleast meet your daily expenses. To get rich with the help of bitcoin won't fetch you good results easily but it may result good on a long run.And a job will help you for both short and long run.By short run i mean you can cope up with your expenses and on a long run you  can gain experience and maybe that will get you a better job than that of the previous one,and save for any emergencies in the future.

Ever heard the phrase don't quit your day job? What exactly will you be quitting to doing? Trading? Investing? Signature campaigning? How well are you currently doing with bitcoin? Why can't you do it part time or in your spare time and see how well you do before you make the decision to quit?

Yeah, Thanks!
Try to quit and then see if you succeed but if you dont go back to work. If you dont want your job you can easily do it especially if your job has a lower pay than your bitcoin sidejobs.

Yeah, Thanks! But I'll just try to keep this as my faucet for steady income first, then quit after.  Grin Grin
