His term has less than 4 months left and his resignation at this time will only be more detrimental to the Democratic Party and will cause a certain amount of panic in the country . Therefore, it is understandable that he stopped running for election but continued to hold the presidency.
If we use conspiracy theories to talk about politics, there are thousands of different scenarios that could happen, but if you just look at reality , it's clear that health is Biden's biggest problem.
