We don't have to assume that Biden is weak. Why not? Let's assume for a moment, that he is super-intelligent, and a super actor. Let's say that he is feigning borderline mental incapacitation. Why? People don't fake getting old. They don't fake losing their integrity. The only reason why Biden might be faking like he is borderline insane is, if he loses the presidency, and the Trump people win, he can plead insanity in court for the many things he is ordering against the Constitution. And there is a lot of evidence to back this insanity idea up, if you compare what Biden has done with what the Constitution says.

The simple reason why the Dems are using Biden is, he can be completely manipulated. For example, nobody could manipulate Trump as directly as they are manipulating Biden. Trump seldom used a prompter. But Biden is losing it badly enough that he is failing in his use of a prompter.

In addition, the odds in past president elections are that the incumbent was the best chance a party had to get their man in. And they want Biden in, because he can be manipulated so easily. So, outside of him really losing it completely, they will go with him.

Let us assume he is actually that weak and manipulable (which I dont think yet). My best guess would be he would be taking orders from a group within the Democrat party, who would be agreeing on how to use the image of the president to further push their own policy. I could image AOC, Nancy Peloci and Hillary being behind the president's and vice-president's figure.

Though, I don't still understand what would the democrat party needed to do such a thing for, instead selecting and younger person, like Obama back in the day.

If I had to sum up the Joe Biden White House Administration giving a single example it would be this. Joe Biden has been against the border wall his entire term. If you are asking for details about how this would work, the US Constitution wasn't figured out and ratified by only one or two people, or in a matter of a few hours. Even though it was only one guy who actually drew it up, there were many people adding their two cents worth to make it what it finally became. The details of how to apply the tenets of the US Constitution to all the State Constitutions is something that a lot of people would have to work out. The results (we would hope) would be to eliminate the Federal Government, but keep the spirit of freedom, and the alignment between the States.

Jurisdiction size could be what you said, "State level or county Level," plus city level in some cases. But, the State would be over their State in some ways governments within the State wouldn't have power. Part of the whole idea would be to eliminate much State power over the people directly. Freedom to the people.

There are many different kind of taxes in the American States right now. If you are talking income tax, there are 9 States, right now, that have no income tax. The others base their income taxes on the IRS tax. These others would simply have to change a tiny bit, and do their own tax calculation, or drop the income tax altogether.

But if the United States was divided into local governance and the federal government was abolished, would not that essentially mean to put an end on the existence of the country? The USA would not be a big country anymore, but rather a collection of small Republics next to each other, trying to do commerce and with a shared currency.

How local or tiny those jurisdictions would be? State level or county Level?

I would not even know how taxation would work anymore, by the way.

If there wasn't so much ignorance in the people, they would realize that things like pushing for war, and making a One-World-Government were not something that they were really in favor of.

Regarding common people everywhere, but mostly the USA, if they weren't so ignorant, they would realize that they don't really need a national government, and that the only government they need is a tiny, local one to organize them to protect themselves against local, petty crooks. Biden is so out of it that the only thing that keeps him in any semblance of authority is the people ignorance of law of the common people. If the common people knew, Biden would have been gone long ago. And Trump may have been, as well.

Do not misunderstand me, if there is evidence of wrongdoing by Biden or anyone in his family, then they should be held accountable, that what law is for, after all.
If there is enough evidence to impeach him, so be it.

I recall that in previous runs for the Democrat nomination for the presidency, there were more candidates willing to take the podium and debate one another. Not anyone.

We could assume those within the party assume Biden (despite his age) is doing a very good job and does not need to be questioned. (I believe all leaderships should be, by the way)

The more the Republican party attacks Biden (both in a personal level and politically), the more silent is the Democrat party about challenging its leader.
