There is a massive influx of scammers using my escrow contract to fake me sending the escrow out.

Note that I am requiring a pre-paid 1% unrefundable fee paid to my signature address before I will issue escrow contracts for altcoin to BTC exchanges with amounts <50BTC . It's a PITA dealing with the mass of cancellations I get after taking the time to GPG sign and send out the contract. (6th cancellation in 2 days so far)
If it's a PITA, feel free to tell them that while you don't endorse me, and can't vouch for my trustworthiness or reliability, you are aware that I'm willing to hold escrow in these transactions. If you want the transactions as a revenue stream, let me know and I'll delete this post. I'm not trying to step in on any income/business you might be trying to build. Just trying to help lighten the load of the PITA transactions for you.
Nah, I'm just doing this as a public service of sorts for the small exchanges as I normally do not charge any fees for small tx's like this unless the period of holding the coins exceeds a week or so.
I'm trying to automate most of the procedures though as I always issue a GPG signed escrow contract which eats through my time. Hopefully the fixed fee will deal with the cancellations now. Thanks for the offer again - I will keep this in mind if I cannot handle the load. 
No problem. I've been offering the same service as you, also as a public service. I also always issue a GPG signed escrow contract (very similar to yours
). I've built out an automated process for creating, signing, and sending the escrow contract, so it doesn't eat too much time. I haven't yet gotten the volume of requests that you have, so it hasn't really been a burden yet. May 08, 2013, 08:38:00 AM

Holy crap, foofight, Si Robertson and other sockies are scamming people using my escrow contract. Please verify that you have obtained the escrow contract (with address) directly from me AND that the signature IS VALID.

PS: I usually release funds faster than I issue new escrow tx's - so do not panic if I don't get back to you fast even if I'm online. (I get a mountain of PM's daily and it takes time to work through it)
