Yes, weather conditions will be factored in. The rules to earn JOLTs are defined by Joltee and not by local authorities or insurers, we define the rules based on automotive expert and driving school among others.

Do you plan to collaborate with the French government on the Joltee project?

We do not have that information at the moment, but once we do, we'll update the community. However, Digital Security (Joltee's partners) is specialised in auditing of IT infrastructure and blockchain protocols and is working with the French government in order to deploy a blockchain at national level.

Many of the problems faced are such of any emerging business in an emerging tech! However the team's impressive background lends a lot of weight to their belief that they can overcome all obstacles in front of them! At present there is no requirements for testers, however, we will post here if the team are opening applications!

The team will consider these mediums to reach out to the community also. There haven't been any specific announcements regarding this.
