This "payment system" made sense and could probably be what their representative tried to convey, though I don't understand how is this "cheating", if the refund of the value difference was done immediately and OP did not do it intentionally. According to OP, the next screen shown after he inputted USDT 15 as the amount he intended to deposit, was the sending confirmation, where he can't [the way I understand it] "manipulate" the amount being deposited.
Ah yeah, it's more like payment gateway, i guess.

I assume this "cheating" or more like abusing the loophole of the payment gateway and the casino, as they "refunded" $1083 (the difference of OP input and the amount he sent) to OP, yet the balance of $1083 (OP sent) is still on the casino and the OP is able to play with it, even tried to withdraw  the $1000 and $145. And yes this is more like unintentional and honest mistake of OP when sending the deposits as this loophole shouldn't exist in the very first place especially to a payment provider.

If they did the refund, there is still a hope for OP to recover his fund by asking Binance to process the credit to his account with the said txID.
Though the refund doesn't have a proof yet, it could be helpful they can provide it so OP can really get his refund from binance.

Then it's not a loophole, more like a bug on a severe level. And if OP tell the whole truth, that he didn't intentionally do so, then I think it's quite unfair to call him an abuser. I imagine, if we assume his story is the whole situation here, it'll be kinda hard to intentionally put himself in this situation, given all he can do is entering the amount he wanted to deposit and the rest is completely dependent on the payment provider.

for example when i request for withdraw 100$ ...the 100$ i received it in my wallet but in my account balance in casino not cut so even i can play with it again but iam not and i go to tell them that iam still my balance have 100$ why after that they delete it.  So they are really bad with payment and they don't know even what happened
So it's good to say that the casino is still buggy as they only release this casino for few months ago (based on their ANN posted here).

This is not related to your case but, say  are you using binance to fund your casino account/s? It's not good practice if you will ask me, they might ban your account or any CEX funding casino accounts.

They said that i get email of refund from provider payment but iam not get anything from them even email of confirmation of my payment i was not get ...also they can easily ask the provider payment for the proof that i get refund from them ....they are really so bad with payment as there is a problem before with them when i deposit 100$ i get in my balance 110€ and when i withdraw i get 110$ also sometimes they withdraw my money but it was still in my balance for 3 days for example when i request for withdraw 100$ ...the 100$ i received it in my wallet but in my account balance in casino not cut so even i can play with it again but iam not and i go to tell them that iam still my balance have 100$ why after that they delete it.  So they are really bad with payment and they don't know even what happened

And you understand this wrongly. It's the exact opposite. CG ruled the case in favor of the casino, with findings that the OP breached Joya's TnC and acted in fraudulent behavior, and that the casino had fulfilled their responsibility to the player.

Yes totally mess up, and the (company) should be liable as there should be at least clear warnings that any overflow will be returned and could be lost !

Following the deposit tx, if a refund was made, it wasn't directly from the original receiving(deposit) address.. so any request to binance need first to be accompanied with a "claim" of the refund tx from the company!


Either the action of closing the case and banning is very misplaced from joya.casino!

I think it's time to get joyacasino to give a better explanation that could probably clears a lot of confusion. I saw that they went offline again, so I attempted to replicate previous attempt, by reaching through their live support to convey a message to their colleague to return to the forum.

Unfortunately, I got one that seemingly has tendency to overcomplicate things.

Emm...? Correct me if I'm wrong, the new payment method, they require you to input the amount twice? The amount you intended to deposit and the amount you're willing to pay to get that deposited? And you paid USDT 1,098.8?

What prompts you to typed in 1,098.8 instead of 15? Or is that set automatically? You only typed in 15, and the next screen shows that you'll be deducted 1,098.8 in total, that includes the intended withdrawal and the tx fee [in other words, 1,083.8 is the tx fee]?

Can you please copy that txID here? Perhaps it'll help people understand things easier.

Anyone can say anything to cover up something, talk is cheap, it's evidence that proves a fact.

This is a sad story but I wonder why you guys will not learn. You left good casinos that are big and reputable with years of track records and minimal complaints and went for Joya.Casino, you guys cannot learn or be smart in thinking. If a well-established casino cheats me, I will accept my fate if my money can't be retrieved back having fully known that I was not gullible in my choice after all. I will only take it as part of life, but this is unlike the casinos which do not have that big name or track record, the risk of dealing with them is too high. Working with good names in many fields has helped me till today and despite investing online since 20 years ago, I am yet to be scammed by any. This is because I think well before commenting my money anywhere and I do my research thoroughly to minimize the cheating potential.

The way the casino acted is so unprofessional as well, and it truly proves that your money was never safe in the first place. Such a casino may only honour a small withdrawal but could give excuses not to pay a sizable amount. Everyone wants to open a casino business, that's the problem.

This player placed his complaint on Casino Guru also, and we provided their Complaints representative with all the evidence regarding this case. We detected a big fraudulent activity from the player's side as he tried to use the hole in the system and unfortunately succeeded but just a bit. We've noticed that after we spoke with the payment provider that provided us with the history of the transaction of the mentioned player. He tried to find the hole in the system. This is the story: The player put the amount on our site 15sudt for the deposit, and on his wallet put the amount of 1098 usdt. Our system is made to show the the amount that is deposited and not that is got entered, so even though he enter the amount of 15ustd on the balance has shown the amount of 1098 and the payment provider "Coinspaid" immediately do the refund of the rest amount, so 1083 is getting back on his wallet and start playing with that amount on our site, which is a BIG fraud. anyway, I checked the forum account of joya.casino's representative(joyacasino) and it seems like they visit the forum from time to time so I left a PM informing them about this thread and hoping they could give more info about your issue and perhaps get it resolved.

As others have said, they have a signature campaign here that runs for one week only to everyone surprise, maybe they didn't get the output that they want or just don't know that signature campaigns is one of the best method to promote their platform here.

In any case, it was a something unexpected that someone will accused them this early in the community. So let's see how @holydarkness can involved the said casino here and to answer. Perhaps they still don't know how everything works here as again. But hopefully if they wanted to stay here that long, then at least we need to hear their side of the story.

If they expected any visible returns after one single week, they would be the worst guys in marketing matter I ever heard...
But it's just not acceptable neither explainable to ban a customer from live support right after an unsuccessful withdrawal.
And there is a third red flag, the very first post of their first ANN pointed out negative reviews on Trustpilot. And another guy few posts below quoted very weird, unsual and dubious KYC requirements.

Unfortunately it seems their signature campaign has been halted suddenly. Maybe they've been hacked/stolen internally or from outside, or maybe it is an exit scam.
Most new casinos run signature campaigns for sometime and when they don't see any results then they most probably give up on the idea of signature campaign. That could also be true in case of joya.casino, however as now they have an scam accusation against them, then I also think that they might have been either hacked or they are trying to do rug-pull and scam exit with the players.

The casino seemed a good one in its initial days, and it attracted some players who liked that platform, but after a few months of operation they got an scam accusation against them. Why would a legit casino ban an account of a player when that player just want to withdraw his/her funds even he/she has completed the 1x wager requirements.

This seems like a shady sign to me, it would be great to hear from Joya.casino's representative that why that happened with the player who created this scam accusation post against them. If they want to do business for long term then they should solve the issues of the OP. Meanwhile I also recommend everyone to be careful from that casino.

And checking their trust profile they have a neutral report of being unprofessional on their campaign, although this has no bearing on your report, still follow the right format in your report.

To be honest, it's surprising to build a casino platform and launch a marketing campaign, for scamming few people and few hundreds or thousands dollars at most.
