It doesn't make a difference, both are different companies. Merchants are also not entitled of access to KYC information of whoever user paid through binance -- in fact, this would be dangerous if ever made possible.

Plus it's not all about money laundering and the likes, my dude. Whether we agree on their methods or nah, most gambling platforms and game providers also uses KYC to comb through people trying to abuse their platform e.g. making a living out of casino bonusses.

Imagine involving authorities and going through all the legal hoops in order to confirm if someone's multi-accounting which btw will still be subjected for review. An average player would wait for weeks.

What you're saying is also an indirect collection of data. Although it is also something that services could do, typical identity verification is requesting information from the user. I'd also add that platforms could want a fresh identity verification hence the reason why in some cases, some services ask their user to reverify.

KYC is mandatory to use Binance,  so theoretically there is no real need for a double verification as all activities will belong to a single entity which is theowner of the Binance account. And there is no real fear about money stolen that could be laundered though the casino as depositing to the casino requires the same verification steps/level on Binance than a regular crypto withdrawal!!

Both are completely different platform owned by different people and therefore does not share the same database.

How will casinos determine which withdrawal from binance belongs to which account when they don't share the same database? They would need to see the actual KYC information too to make a risk profile and as their way to verify some stuff like: make sure they're not from a prohibited country, different person from account A to B among other things.

Let's also not forget that binance is a liquidity provider for some no-mandatory kyc instant exchanges like fixedfloat. I used them before and some of the coins they sent me came from a binance hot wallet.

First Joya do not offer direct crypto depositing methods, they use third-party providers like Binance with the future (Pay with Binance).. and to use the Pay-with-Binance future you must pass through same level of authentication check than for making a crypto-withdrawal !  Now if you were a scammer in control of a Binance account, what would you do: Withdraw the funds as Monero or Dash or transfer them through Fixedfloat to get clean coins OR instead deposit them on a casino where you know that you have to wager them at least two times before you can withdraw !??

So assuming the user is verified on Binance is sufficient, so in case of a problem the casino can just transmit the TXs IDs to the authorities to know the user ID and for further investigations !

Am I clear enough?

Yes, still crypto transactions are through Binance it actually can be skipped..

Do you mean kyc can be skipped if transactions were coming from binance? if so, that wouldn't be possible since binance is a completely different platform.

Was there a partnership issue with all the removed game providers?

Ohhh that could be possible but if there really is, it has to be something big, no? since almost all providers are gone... or perhaps, they're cost cutting and tryin to test the waters with one provider. From what I heard, aside from sharing % in revenue, casinos also typically do monthly payments to gaming providers (cmiiw).

When soon please? We are waiting more then 20 days.  Iam never ever see website casino deleted all games for just some games because one provider you just in the way for destroying your casino. as me iam out

True. Bit of an odd decision to disable all game providers that likely have some regulars as well in order to highlight a newly added one.

I mean, there could be other ways to promote RTG without disabling any games from other providers like adding a featured section on the dashboard + starting a promo for it.
Was there a partnership issue with all the removed game providers? This is the first time I see a casino removed that much providers and focusing on 1 provider only. I do not even know this SpinLogic provider, is it a popular provider in a specific country? I think the casino is now still communicating with all the providers, as long as I know there must be a partnership deal between the casino and the provider before a casino can provide the games from the providers. Lets see if they can add all the removed providers back in the near future.

That looks good, what's your role on this platform are you part of the team or you're representing them here in Bitcointalk, good to know that they already have a Curacao License https://verification.curacao-egaming.com/validateview.aspx?domain=joya.casino.
Checking some of the reviews online there are some negative reviews but the team is addressing these issues
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/joya.casino

Here are some reviews coming from review sites so far they are doing good
https://thegamepoint.io/casino/joya-review/
https://bitcasinorank.com/casino/joya/

Do the team have a plan to launch a signature campaign here to be more competitive and to get more attention coming from active gamblers

Thank you for sharing our review! However, it was more an Overview with just significant info.

Today, I made a full review and tested Joya Casino with a real deposit.

If anyone is interested, you can check it here: https://bitcasinorank.com/casino/joya/

That's rare to happen for a licensed casino not asking KYC especially for cryptocurrency payments, is this both deposit and withdrawal right? How long this will last though?

But you will still asking KYC to other kind payments, with same requirements mentioned by you earlier? IMO KYC should be still required at least only for ID not the utility bills.
You have a point but if you notice you'll see that ever since this casino created its ANN on this forum they have been adjusting and changing its website UI/UX just to provide the best service for the crypto gambler of this forum which I believe is one of the things that show the seriousness of casino.
Nevertheless, they can't operate outside the master license holder rules and regulations but they can only bend the possible rules.

They need to do that so they can attract their user since so far they don't have any marketing running in this forum so maybe the least they can do for now is to present a site with good UI/UX since by this maybe they can attract those people who look for a casino that can attract them base on their first impression when they visit it. But I doubt they can attract a lot of user without running any marketing stints so they should think about launching some so they could able to compete with other casino which do a lot of marketing strategy just to attract bettor to come or stay on their casino.
Yes, they are already working on the look and the user experience of the casino.
About not attracting a lot of users without marketing, you're right, and the casino team and I are working closely to make it happen but some things need to be finished for the betterment of this forum's gamblers before the marketing keeps off that's what the casino team is doing now.

For now its early so maybe players can't expect something big, but if Joya casino really want to gain something especially to make their user base grow then they should think about planning a good marketing to run here.

Maybe for now they can risk to do those no KYC rule since they are new but I also expect KYC will be mandatory if their earn success since for sure they will be call out by authorities for that reason.
I believe their representative read what you said about good marketing which is something I already told them but the no KYC I believe we should know that gone are the days of licensed casinos not requesting for KYC especially now that spot ETF are filed.
Despite that, the casino team is working on something that will make it easy for the forum user and soon a link will be created specifically for the forum users who want to get benefits from the casino in the area of reward and KYC.

Good to hear but hopefully you can maintain it. What would you do if a bitcointalk member wants to withdraw a large sum? What if you found suspicious activity? As some others pointed out, performing KYC is fine if you just need to provide your id and maybe a selfie.

but if you are dealing with cryptocurrencies only, i think, no kyc is more preferred by forum gamblers. but we can understand if they will ask kyc if you start using your debit/credit card on their site. and appreciate that they listen to the community here, because strict kyc for all gamblers will give them a pause to try your site. i guess, this is the advantage of those casinos which happens to create their thread on this forum. they can gain insights from these crypto-oriented gamblers. and so they can alter their requirements accordingly.

they already mentioned above that they need only ID both sides, and utility bill for kyc verification. however, on the note of bigger winnings, that i believe they will require more verification from the user. so let's see down the lane how they will act on this situation. for now, i think they are open to suggestions from forum members. this is actually one of the advantages of the casino here, as they can get inputs from crypto gamblers, which can improve their services and increase the number of potential players in their site.

Fast action done by management for taking out the KYC requirement on their casino. But you also need to clarify if this is for deposit and withdrawal so there's no people will assume or no confusion will rise regarding on this implementation.

But anyway its good start for people using crypto since they won't need to do KYC now and we should thanks for a lot of people disagree on the requirements ask since at the moment they decide to take out those conditions. But what makes me wonder on how long this no KYC needed on their casino would last since for sure if there's governing bodies will interrupt their operation due to this situation for sure they provably implement this just like what other casino did.

For now no KYC requirements still a good update you post here.

That's a good thing, you're not going to need anymore of those pesky notarized documents just to play in your casino. Now that you've done the first step and being a non-KYC casino for crypto players, I do think that it's going to be your responsibility that you're not going to hold back on that word or do some sneaky thing. Hopefully this change of heart for you would result with more people trying to play in your casino, look forward to that especially if it's for real, that you're not going to do any KYC with your crypto casino customers. Remember that if you do anything sneaky then consider your reputation here as an honest casino as gone.
