Honestly, I think we shouldn't be expecting anymore that casinos that will promote here are gonna give us a full non KYC experience. So if they could require a trading sites to implement a KYC before they were given a license, of couse the same thing would happen with the gambling sites as most if not all of them claim to have obtain a license.
Once I start seeing the popular slots providers on the list, I'm already 90% sure the casino has the typical kyc/aml polices since I don't think these providers would wanna work with a full non-kyc platform.

I also understood from the sentence that depositors will not be required to complete KYC verification procedures, which does not seem special at all because all platforms accept deposits even from the countries that support them. The sentence does not mention that they will be able to make withdrawals without undergoing these procedures as well.
