Welcome to bitcointalk!
on the announcement thread you said that you can withdraw winnings from the free spins bonus without having to make a deposit but on the terms page on your website it says you need to deposit at least €10! So, which one is correct?

Really 10, not 30 ??  Huh

I registered to joya.casino before I saw their thread here , and had to deposit €30 for enabling the wins from FS ! Huh

Welcome to bitcointalk!
I just created an account because of the tempting no deposit free spins bonus.
I really liked how you redirect customers to the bonus terms before they start playing.
However, on the announcement thread you said that you can withdraw winnings from the free spins bonus without having to make a deposit but on the terms page on your website it says you need to deposit at least €10! So, which one is correct?

welcome to the forum again, I don't know what happened to leave the previous thread and decide to create another new thread, that's why I'm curious to know, why create this other thread instead of continuing to use the previous thread? Looking at people's opinions about your casino here on these casino review sites:

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/joya.casino

https://casino.guru/joya-casino-review#tab=js-tab-reviews

I see that you have no recent complaints, this probably shows that people are not having problems at your casino, which would be a very good thing, or your casino is not having many customers, so there are not many people to complain about the services provided by yours. casino. I hope it's the first option, with so many casinos that have appeared in this market, I'm wondering how many customers new casinos have been able to obtain, because in my opinion this online casino market is already saturated, even though many new people get involved with cryptocurrencies, this is no guarantee that these people will also get involved with online casinos, which is why new casinos must be willing to spend a lot of time and money

with marketing if they want to survive in the long term in this online casino market, and it is not easy to create a good marketing campaign. a good marketing campaign will have to spend a lot of money but with great efficiency, things like running a signature campaign for one, two, 3 or 4 weeks or even 2 months and then stopping because you think that this way you will already have good results, These are the kind of things that make the marketing campaign a failure, especially because the signature campaign must be run for a long period of time and accompanied by other things like bonus offers in the appropriate section, paying review sites and streamers, that's all. everything combined and executed for some time can generate good results. I hope your casino stays in this market for a long time

Hello and thank you for sharing your opinion.

I just want to inform you that for all crypto depositors KYC is not required, so I assume that is very good news and it will be much easier to play and withdraw.
just to be clear, when you say "Crypto users are not required to perform a KYC" do you mean that you will never request a KYC verification or you will still request it but for special scenarios? what I mean about it is that I've seen casinos in the past claim that they do not require crypto gamblers to do KYC but on their terms and conditions it is stated that the casino can request for KYC verification at any time.

All services where KYC is not mandatory reserve to themselves the right to ask for it at any time.. most common cases where this happen are when suspicions of bonus abuse or fraudulent activities ! Embarrassed

...
Would like to know this also as claims like this have been made alot in the past and whenever somebody wanted to withdraw a large amount of money after they won big on slots/house games than the problems begun. Hopefully this time will be different, but more information would be welcome! Anyway, good luck with the casino, if I have some time to spare I will check it out!

It may also differ depending on casino politics and analysis capabilities ..

For example if you win big from your deposit there is no subject to bonus abuse. Oppositely in case a win is from a bonus there may be suspicion of multi-accounting with the goal of profiting from bonuses!

Or for licensed casinos, for big amounts they may be subject to some legislations that impose additional rules/procedures.

it's a situation when his local internet service provider blocks the access of a certain online gambling websites, for this example we can used  Joya.Casino...If he lives in a country were not in the list, that means he is not accessing from a forbidden country, so based on the TOS, he will not violate anything because the use of VPN will only be against the TOS if youa re coming from a forbidden country.
In this situation it seems okay to use the VPN. As long as a user is not from a forbidden county, it shouldn't be a problem.

And you will not face any problem because they said that they will not require a KYC, so most likely their basis is only the IP addres.
Unlikely. Since the forbidden countries are already mentioned in their terms, it's better not to use the site from the forbidden countries. Crypto casinos tells that they will not do KYC but in cases it become mandatory to do KYC and cut the relation with the clients. In those cases finding the client from the forbidden areas will result in losing the case easily.

You can use VPN if you are not in the list of forbidden countries. What they will see is the IP address of the VPN provider you will get, just don't get a VPN from the countries that are restricted in the list. And you will not face any problem because they said that they will not require a KYC, so most likely their basis is only the IP addres.

What I understand is for example, you access from Italy, your IP will log in their system and then you use a VPN with an IP of another contry not listed in the block, that's where you are a risk of getting restricted.

Nice to see the casino is back to active and run a signature campaign.

I wonder what should the gambler do if the local ISP block your website? it's advisable to use VPN as long as they're not live in those countries that listed in your terms? if you have a mirror site it would be good because there are many local ISP are become stricter than before.

4.7.5 Forbidden countries: France, Italy, Singapore, Netherlands, Aruba, Curacao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Saba, Sint Eustatius. Do not use a VPNs to access the website from the mentioned countries, as this will lead to restrictions on your account.

Do you have another ANN here? I think I have seen another one.

Yes they have here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/joyacasino-rewarding-casino-huge-welcome-and-vip-bonus-20-weekly-cashback-5478536 but it was posted by different user that they hire for posting ANN thread.

They should request to lock first the old thread before starting this new thread tho.
I have noticed that also, a few days ago and the ANN was created by the current campaign manager at first I thought he was just hired to post the ANN and will be helping the team to manage their ANN thread here but supprisely I saw that the casinos came on with their own thread again which is against the rule of this forum and the board.
I believe and advice that the old thread should be locked as soon as possible to avoid divided attention, but till then I join others to welcome you to this forum and good that you started your promotion already and for sure we will be given you guys all the support of you keep up to date with providing the best service to your customers here.

Hello,

I will take the opportunity to inform you that the previous thread has been locked so from now on only this one will be valid.

Thank you for bringing this to me.

^ The casino asks more than what the rest of the casinos right before you can even play.

Just when I tried to register it already asked me where I live and phone number. I guess if I send my KYC after and didn't match I will be in a big trouble. All I want to do is try out and check that level 4 and 900% bonus which is kinda crazy.

So this is the new Ann thread. I like it that the casino accepts a lot of coins though. I didn't even realize Dash is still alive. Anyway Welcome to Bitcointalk again.

At first when I was registering, I was asked if my username and I typed Agbe but it rejected it and asked me to use minimum of 6 letters well that is the decision of the casino website or that is how it is designed but 3 to 6 letters is good to be a username.
It helps their users to avoid too short usernames to avoid similar username choice by other customers in future. 6 letters are not too much so I think it is fine.

Quote
Then coming to the password, at first I used letters and the site rejected it but the writing is not clear for people to read therefore I will want you to change the color of in text. You can see the picture of the text below.
I agree with the text color that is hard to see.

For passwords, let me share that people must use strong passwords.

[Guide] How to create and use a strong / secure password
Are your passwords in the green?

Can I ask the casino, why the registration ask Full name, Location and Phone number. It looks like KYC at the beginning.

Hello  and welcome guys once again , so the old thread is just a introduction for this finalization ? because you have created a New ANN Thread together with Signature campaign to show the forum how serious you are in advertising?

I think they shifted their strategy on posting their ANN thread after observing in the forum. Hiring high rank member to post an ANN thread is an old method before to easily get the trust of member which is not working right now. They decided to do what the other casino doing on their ANN format which is by using their own account to post.

I think there representative is not familiar how this forum works so maybe that's the reason why they choose to hire a high ranking member to post in behalf of them. Now maybe they decide to create their thread since they already know how to use this forum and for their brand to be seen and not a high ranking member which have other casino promoted on their signature and avatar.

Also great that they come up with launching a signature campaign since this is really a good start to introduce and promote their business to a lot of gamblers here. Hopefully we can see more as people always want to see a lot of promotions and active support in a casino so let see if they can provide that.

This is my honest Brief review or experienced in the process of registering in the casino website. Though the site is mobile friendly and the site is okay with the Know You Customer (KYC) information but there are some works to do to do in the website to look neat, good and easy to navigate. At first when I was registering, I was asked if my username and I typed Agbe but it rejected it and asked me to use minimum of 6 letters well that is the decision of the casino website or that is how it is designed but 3 to 6 letters is good to be a username. Then coming to the password, at first I used letters and the site rejected it but the writing is not clear for people to read therefore I will want you to change the color of in text. You can see the picture of the text below.
Please change the color in the text so that we can see what is written there there or you change the location of the text because it is the background color that is affecting the text color.

Then after the registration, I was trying to check my username name and I could not find it. I clicked on my profile and clicked on my account to see the username but this is what appeared for more than an hour. So I just left it.
It was just like this for minutes. Therefore I will want you guys to work on those things for clear and smooth running of the site.
You are welcome to the forum.

Hello!

Many thanks for providing with this matter! I will forward to our design team and hope that it will be fixed as soon as possible.

Thank you for support words. Smiley

Cheers
