I do suggest not rushing on the picks as it is early.
For me it is half the fun starting this early
. I have a idea that might be liked or hated. Maybe make it where if someone wins with a pick that was changed give half the prize, and move other half to the next week.
I struck out most of your post as it has wrong info.
We ended pick switches months ago. Basically it was too much work for me to do.
1 pick is all you get. we put the delay in to start at 300 then end at 1000 for picks.
the advantage of waiting gets lessened by early pickers since there may be no picks at all .
but if there is a shift at block 850 to 950 a late pick can be good.
this is true since no one can switch an early pick.
