Hey, I am E. Snowden in chat as you all know. My account has evidently been frozen. The site will load but my rolls and chat messages will not go through. I sent an email to dooglus.  But something isn't right. everything is working for others. So I would just like to know what's going on?

Edit: Now it's working fine.

Were you using Firefox?  I keep seeing complaints of that kind of stuff from Firefox users, but don't know why.

Firefox on Linux user here.
everything works perfectly fine. I haven't had a single issue with anything on just-dice. I tested on Windows 7 as well.

I've had a few problems with Firefox accessing JD too.  I've no idea why, or how to fix it.  Sad

I am having trouble creating an account. I enter the username and password I want and then press OK but nothing happens.

I am using a firefox browser on a MAC if that helps at all.

I creat a account few minutes ago and have no problem its very easy and simple way to create account
open site and go to account section and create account

In my experience, firefox doesn't work well with just-dice at all.  That's the only site where I use chrome.

You really update every investment after every bet ? If that is the case, what happens with bets at 1 satoshi and similar since the amount is not enough to increment any of the investors' balance ?

No, I only update the total bankroll after each bet.  That 'investors' command is taking the total bankroll and multiplying it by each investor's share in turn (and rounding to 8 decimal places).

The database only stores your percentage of the bankroll, but the site also shows the current btc invested. Anything less the 1 satoshi is rounded off, down I believe in this case.

Do you have access to the database ? Otherwise the post above mine just showed that is not the case.
Nope, just know a lot about JD. I'm sure Doog will come in here and clarify it for you.

Edit: Unless of course I am mistaken, but I believe that's how he explained it in the past.

They should add the option to divest automatically which would be an added feature for the hundreds if not thousands that already invest there.

What would trigger the automatic divest event?  Do you mean it should automatically divest if you lose too much?  I don't like that idea, because it would exacerbate the effect of the bankroll shrinking when players win.  Automatically divesting investor profits to keep investment size no bigger than X was recently suggested, and I like that idea.

No, it's fully automatic, on the site.  Deposit the 0.05 as if you were going to play dice with it.  Then go to the 'invest' tab, read the description of how investing works, then click 'edit' to invest some or all of your balance.

It goes like this:

your-wallet --[deposit]--> JD-balance --[invest]--> JD-investment --[divest]--> JD-balance --[withdraw]--> your-wallet

thanks now just going and depositing for investment
