basically, the listing of any token on an exchange can be performed in two ways:
a) a token issued company is applying to list or
b) community is applying to list

I think investors will get KGT coins and besides that investors holding KGT will be given bonuses in the form of chips by KamaGames and this is an interesting bonus for lovers of this game.

No, I don't see any offer like KGT from Kamagames.
I used to check icodrops, icobench and icorating trackers. Most of the companies listed there have just a white paper.
The rest have WP + prototype. Kamagames is the only one that has almost $60M in revenue + 100M users.

Yes, you are right. But there is a $100 USD minimal threshold for contribution during Open Pre-Sale. Anyway, as I heard the minimal average contribution that most of the people usually sent is about 200 USD, so 100 USD is a reasonable level.
