I don't think that picture is of an S9 BB board (at least not the batch I have. Might be an earlier batch).
The center, far left on mine has a shiny aluminum shield to cover where the Ethernet cable plugged in. At least that's how it was on my S9 bb board.

I got access denied when I click on the link lol.

What?? So they won't take your order if you put one of these in the shopping cart? That's weird.

That's NOT for an S9.
They might have not just updated that page.
The pins and the functions are all the same for every Beaglebone Black board.
You could even go with the original Beaglebone Black.

It doesn't look like the one I pulled off of my S9 to send in for repair. (I don't think) But it's impossible to say from the picture compared to the "picture" in my memory. LOL.
You would think that if @Sierra8561 asked them to sell him one, that they would have pointed him there if it was indeed the same for an S9.

But I don't know and I'm too lazy to go into the miner room and see if I can tell if the BB boards on my S9's look like the one pictured. Wouldn't be able to tell much anyway without taking it apart.

Best of luck with  it! Smiley
I found this picture, but it doesn't help that much to find what it is https://www.bitmaintech.com/bm_tech_admin_at_123/userfiles/image/S9%20controller.jpg

Bitmain's BB board is the Beaglebone Black with less ports and functions (it doesn't have the HDMI port, USB port and 5VDC jack for example).

The s9 bb board is much bigger than the s7. I pulled apart a old s7 just to make sure and there is no way it will fit. In there email they sent me last night it said they offer every board except the s9.
Okay, this was my mistake because I haven't seen the s9 bb board with my own eyes though I own a S9  Embarrassed
Could be that the last BB board that complied with the original Beaglebone Black was with the S7.

I have 3 hash boards arriving today. I'm excited to get them up and going. I'm a little disappointed in Bitmain. I sent back a bad BB board that got lost on its way. I asked how much they would sell me a new board for, their response was they won't sell me one. So I will basically have a worthless miner, that came broken out of the box.

I'm glad to hear you're getting three boards back today! Sorry to hear that they "lost" a BB board. It really sucks they won't sell you a part that they no doubt have in stock.

I shipped my bad BB board and the bad hash board together in the same box. I thought about shipping them separately, but decided that it would be best to have as few possible points of failure in the shipping chain.

You "may" be able to get an S9 BB board from Colorado in a few months. I would contact them, if you haven't already. Until then, yeah, I guess you're screwed.

I generally use Colorado for everything, the board was lost 3 weeks ago, so just before bitmainwarranty was doing them. I sent 2 hash boards to them yesterday. They are super good to work with.

Going with the original Beaglebone Black wouldn't be that bad idea if you have a shop nearby or an online shop with a fast delivery.
And reasonable price for the board of course.

Well, my warranty-repaired S9 parts shipped out of China yesterday, and UPS tracking shows the package just left Osaka, Japan with an estimated delivery of Monday! Smiley
So, not sure if the parts were repaired or replaced - the ticket /order form is not very clear on that. It does have the word "Replace" on it.

Anyway, hopefully I'll get back a working S9 600mHz hash board and a functioning BB Black board. All will be gravy if that is the case - Just as long as they work!! Smiley

If I get it back in working order on Monday, it will be three weeks exactly from the day it shipped out from my UPS store. I will have no complaints. (Other than it cost a small fortune to send the parts back to China.)

As long as it works and other miners don't start dying!
Wish me luck!!!  Grin Grin

Yup.  Wink

I did all of the due diligence in reading reviews, math and reviews.  I even put 1 miner with each of the pools to see the payout total after 1 month of operation, then made the best choice with CKPool.

My kind of approach...gather the data, follow the evidence...old habits die hard...  Cool

hello,

it looks like I didn't get the payments since block 428700 (428678 is the last block payment I got)

Is that normal ?

it looks like my wallet is not in sync as it shows online I got 2 payments since ....

edit: restarting electrum fixed it.

I mined Slush for the first few days. I quickly learned this was the place to be. I've stayed here nearly all the time since March. Kano has by far the best pool available.

...there just wasn't enough hash to bring in blocks on a semi-regular basis.

I have always made a point of supporting the smaller pools to help decentralize mining and this has been a problem I have seen repeatedly.  Before Kano even had a pool I saw a number of pools die the slow death of too little hashrate increase in relation to difficulty increase.  There comes a point where blocks are so far apart that difficulty increases come often enough to completely change your profitability calculus without any payout in between.  A viable pool really has to have a certain amount of blocks found between difficulty increases in order to realistically determine your profitability.  Otherwise it just turns into playing the lottery.  Which is fine if that's what you want.  But for me, when variance gets so extreme that it can be reasonably compared to buying scratchers, then I consider it time to move on.

It has been nice to see the kano pool hashrate increase over time.  So far there is no indication of that happening here.

Man i wish i started mining at Kano before the halving... Oh well i guess we were all noobs at one time.

I have been at Kano since before the halving, but I wish Kano had been my first pool as I could have earned a lot more since I began mining. But I spent my first month or two on Bitminter. But I could see the writing on the wall, electricity vs. returns, and read so many positive Kano reviews that I had to change.

There was nothing "wrong" with Bitminter, there just wasn't enough hash to bring in blocks on a semi-regular basis. Additionally, it was much too easy to have "high" share shifts just fall off the board without being paid for anything. That was painful to watch and cemented my plan to leave there and move to Kano.

I haven't looked back since.

Time for that 11:20AM Friday BLOCK to roll in!  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

EDIT: Our pool hash-rate has been high and steady over the last 24 hours. I like that!  Cheesy
