I was able to fire up my four S9's about 30 minutes ago after being off all night. I'm good until around 1:00 or 1:30 until the lightning/rain storms roll back in. At least that's what the weather channel app says.
So that's where the blast of high-speed hash is coming from - all ~47TH of it! LOL.
Seriously though,
We do have some big hash at the top of the list. I'm happy to say I'm probably in the top 15 with my rentals from MRR. That way when I have to shut my hardware down, I'm covered, and then some - by a lot.
Happily, I started these long-term rentals before the 11-block day and we have been lucky ever since.
A darn good start to the mining day with 3 blocks!

Where are you located if you don't mind sharing? It appears you have thunderstorm almost daily lol. I am into late summer here in Canada so would see thunderstorm every few days, too. Also are you able to make a profit by renting? the rate at MRR seems quite high.
