Im guessing its a DB connectivity issue i think, shares are cached, I trust Kano and miners are still hashing and the ck monitor also has the same issue

Yes, the stats on the main page are all either '0' or '?'. And the CK Pool Monitory is sending low hash rate alerts.

But I'm seeing accepts from my miners. Although I also see some failover to a backup pool that seemed to start a little less than an hour ago.

Thanks Kano.  That was the specifics I needed to understand.  I kept trying to input worker into the blue box to no avail.  Thank you too clgrissom3.  This iPhone app is perfect to keep an eye my rents.  About to try the web monitor too.  You guys rock

There's two hash rates on the Workers page.
The "Hash Rate" on the right is your 1hr average rate (or 5min if you haven't been connected for 1hr yet)
This is reset every time we find a block.
This is updated once per minute.

The "Share Rate" is reset every time there's a block on the bitcoin network, but also starts counting from when the worker first starts mining.
The "«Elapsed" is how long ago the "Share Rate" started.
The "Share Rate" is simply the shares submitted divided by "«Elapsed"
It's not trying to be accurate, it's trying to tell you ASAP that you are submitting shares and that you have been submitting shares since "«Elapsed"
This is updated with every share you submit.

Also note that all of: Work Diff, Last Share, Shares, Diff, Share Rate, Elapsed, Invalid, Stale, Dup, Hi and Rej are updated with every share you submit.

The shift graph will default to all your workers for each shift.

However, at the top you can add worker names for individual, or multiple workers.
The default blue "all" means all workers.

You can change "all" or use any of the other 3.
So e.g. if you have nya.A6-1 nya.A6-2 and nya.A9-1
You can graph each one individually as .A6-1 .A6-2 and .A9-1
or you can group as e.g. .A6* and .A9*
And of course you can have any combination of that e.g. all .A6* and .A9-1

Another block before I go to bed and wake up with 3 more would be nice.  Hahaha

Thanks. BTW, I'm getting about 6kw of solar panels installed. Something I wanted to do even before I fired up the S7 because I'm gonna save about $600 per year on my "normal" elec bill (includes finance cost and SREC sales). Even with that solar array, as soon as block reward halves, my profits still go down the tubes. I'm gonna hang onto my power supply though, because if a newer, more efficient ASIC miner becomes available I would like to jump back in.

Awesome. I haven't.  I'll check those out.  Need to monitor more, these 91-98% rentals that don't auto refund are adding up.  Looks like my issue was one owner mostly, 4 of his s7 just went down.  Thanks again.

Yeah NJ power jumps up from 12.7 to 17.7 cents in the summer.

Hi all
New to btc mining with my S7 (mined scrypt coins about a year ago with home built rig using 4 graphic cards but that quickly became a losing proposition). Tried another pool first but after reading on the forums about issues at various other pools, I landed here about 3 weeks ago with my whopping 4.7th. I'm probably gonna have to bail out in a couple weeks and sell my S7 because elec costs in NJ are too high (earning about $8/day and spend about $4/day on electrons so I'm profitable now, but I know that won't last, especially when the halving comes). I sure am having fun though   

Anyway, I just wanted say what a great bunch of folks you are (smart and witty and generous, always helping each other out) and what an awesome pool! Ck & Kano are amazing and engaged and honorable. I can't believe other pools mine empty blocks - sooooo irresponsible!

I'm gonna hang in as long as I can with my S7. Hope I can hit a back before I go. Gonna eats lots of chicken

No, the shift chart is a total of all of your hash rate...have you used Zachm's CKPool Monitor yet?  It will allow you to see each worker separately.  Good stuff for those on kano pool.

Thank you. Good info.   It is affecting the HS column also.  I have many MRR rigs running.  It looks like the rigs on US-East are dropping speed sporadically.  Its hard to tell without being able to see the hardware and no owners responding.  It does seem to be just USA-East MRR rigs, maybe the server?  I won't switch from to Kano to test another pool, but I'm sure there would be some chatter here if Kano server was dropping speed.  I never check this shift chart... Can I input individual workers to check or just look at them as a whole?  

Don't pay attention to the share rate column, especially when there is a new network block.  Those numbers will go crazy when that happens and the elapsed time column is just a few seconds.  When the elapsed time gets larger then the share rate will stabilize a bit more and becomes a little more useful.  The hash rate column on the workers page is a longer term average is is more aligned with the Avg Hs on the Shifts page and it is affected by dips in your Shift Chart.

So for the past few hours my share rate on the worker page has been dropping 10-20TH for no particular reason.  Just now the whole column went to zero.  What's up with that?  I've been at 38-42TH and I'm getting 33-38TH for my shifts...  The Worker page thing seems to pop right back.  Does the shift page reflect actual speed or does it require ramp up like when I'm looking at rewards?
