Thanks, I was too busy scrolling, forgot about that.
Need to know the context of my position in relation to other renters to make sure my rental does not stop and bugger my 5nd at kano.

Not so much a fix but it is in the math. Diff adjust is based on last 2016 (actually 2015 but that's a different story...) blocks so you'd have to shut down a lot for an extended time to get a dramatic drop in diff. Interesting thought, tho!

The network difficulty adjustment is an absolute certain negative some time late Friday or early Saturday.

There are no longer enough blocks to go positive this jump.

no better then -2.5% more like -3.5 % to -5.5 %

not to plug my thread in speculation but we had a good day today and seem to be going to go under -4% we also have very little blocks left so maybe 23 to 25 hours and the adjustment comes in.

I've been wondering what if all miners turn off in the difficulty adjustment day...and turn back afterwards...Will it go crazy low for a temporary days? Or there's a fix it can't go lower than certain amount?
