...and...all the matured blocks have paid out...the last two have not matured yet.

The third on the list is the one I'm concerned about.  I haven't received anything on that one and it's been matured all day.  Concerns me cause I changed my payout wallet before we got that block.  I double checked the address.  It's a new bitcoin core address, just updated to 16.0.  Wondering if that's the problem Huh

Block#523459

OT, but I'm really looking forward to performing a rite of passage--we should at least get badges or something--by making a 220v NEMA 10-30 (3 prong dryer plug) to C13 (female PSU plug) power cord for the 1200w HP server PSU that I'm using to run my Avalon6...

Just out of curiosity, though...
* Has anyone ran into any issues with their dryer outlet not being surge protected? I'm currently dedicating a heavy duty surge protector to my mining rig
* Also, is it true that the PSU will run cooler--how to even tell, I don't know--on 220v vs. 110v?

Although I don't use the 10-30, if your breaker box is properly grounded, and you're using appropriately rated amps per breaker, you shouldn't have to worry about "surge" protectors. I wired up 6-20's, with 10-2 gauge at 220. I just keep my amps about 80% under the breaker threshold. I've lost power a few times in the last couple of months, and a few times it had a "flicker" before going out. At that point, the main breaker for my miners "popped". So, when the power came on, then off, then on, they had no power hitting them. Even at that point, had the breaker not "popped", the psu's should have caught the problem--if there was one. Most psu's are made to protect your equipment in situations like this.

As far as 110 vs. 220, 220 allows you to pull lower amps, which in turn lowers the temp, in your power lines running TO your psu's. I've never worried too much about my psu temps, as they hardly ever get warm to the touch. This includes 2 apw3++, 2 sorcerer,  and 2 whatsminer m3 psu's. Even recently on 88°f days, they're pretty cool.
The problem here is low voltage, or sporadic voltage (weak grid on the island). I run 1800W line conditioners on each of my miners that supply the miner, controller, and network switch.

Thanx Schmokeandapancake!  Swishersweets and buttermilk 4 all!

Has payout been sent for block #523459?  I changed my payout address and I don't see it.  shows matured in the block list, and usually it goes out right away.  I'm just concerned that I screwed something up!
I didn't receive a payment for the last block either.  I think this happened once before but I'll wait for Kano to comment
1. The 2 most recent blocks haven't matured yet (i.e. <101 confirms--see kano.is > Pool > Blocks).

2. If the payout for 523459 isn't included in a soon-to-be minted block, Kano will confirm that payout in our next block.

Ya I know Kano's payout strategy...was just wondering if I had screwed up my payout address somehow when I changed it.  I remember Kano saying that  the payouts go to the address you had when the block was found and I made the change before this one was found.  If nobody else has gotten payout yet then I will assume I didn't F that deal up and wait patiently  Grin

Metric system adoption map:

It's not our fault.  We didn't come up with the Imperial Measurement standard Smiley

American can’t help being 30 years behind the rest of the world... just look at the Neanderthal leading the free world 😆😂😆😂😆😂😆😂

And I'm happy about it on both counts.  Wink

I possess 50+ $100 Bitmain coupons that I would let go to Kano miners, only.   PM me for details.

It would be appreciated, but not required, to have some hash pointed to my account here when you are in receipt of your hardware.

I still have ~30+ $100 Bitmain coupons for Kano miners, only.
PM me your Qty request, your Bitmain address, and a screenshot from kano.is showing your Kano address + rewards for the most recent block(s).

Haven't been around much the past couple of weeks, for reasons stated earlier. Just got off the antibiotics and feeling a bit human again...LOL...

It's good to see all the support from newer miners, and the effort to promote the pool. It's appreciated by all of us. The one thing I did not have to worry about whilst working the disaster op was the mine. I knew you all had each other's back (including mine and my partner's), and that's what counts.

In case you weren't aware, the Seven Dwarfs were diamond miners. At present I have seven machines. They're named after the dwarfs. Dopey (an 821) is my fave.

Mine on.
