What is the minimum/default payout threshold at kano pool? I have few small rewards from Kano pool with total of 0.00010995 BTC mining rewards, but I did not get any payments yet. When I could expect to get paid?

last 2 ! blocks show in my earnings, but they havn't been transferred to my personal wallet yet. Last block i can get, as its only few hours ago. But the previous block should have been appeared in my wallet, right?

The last two blocks haven't reached 101 confirmations yet. A block isn't spendable until it has 101 confirms.
HA!! So Thats!! the 101 confirms! i thought that it needed 101c before showing in rewards! Actually, it shows direct and needs 101c before it is actually transferred!

Armmm it should be in your rewards even if the block hasn't reached 101c.

HI Guys, just going through my kano pool settings and checking my difficulty settings, why would one miner be set at 1634 and the other be at 7341. Does this make any difference to the work or the reward ?

The pool adjusts worker difficulty so that you submit approximately 18 shares per minute, so that the pool can estimate your hash rate. If you leave this setting to 0 the pool will adjust itself. If you put those numbers in there you should probably set them back to 0 so that the pool can adjust them.
It has no effect on your payout. Higher diff numbers will have higher share variance in the short term.

I switched from Slush and BTC.com and once you get used to the payout system you realise it's a much better pool

Lower than half the fees slush, no payout fees, replies here on the forum from many others and myself to questions, WAY lower variance if you ever have an outage- but higher variance on normal rewards coz we are smaller - help us get larger to reduce that variance
I have the best understanding of the maths and statistics of bitcoin mining of ANY pool operator.
If you have 2PH or more you can win between 0.6 BTC up to 3 BTC from my pocket, for finding blocks - see the first post.
There's still 7 BTC left.
... and in case you were ever wondering ... we don't like rentals coz they are a risk to everyone mining on the pool.
