very rough numbers....
a certain larger pool which hits blocks on a regular basis is about 60 times larger than Kano. that particular pool finds around 300 block per month.
so assuming that luck and probability are evenly distributed, we can expect, at current conditions, to get 5 or 6 blocks a month to be at par with that particular pool, actually slightly better, taken into account the lower fees.
so with that perspective in mind, we are doing just fine, no need to panic.........

I'm gonna take a break. I have sat at this desk for nearly 200 hours, watching the counter since the last block. I need to go get some sleep, take a shower, throw out the pizza boxes, recycle the 57 coke cans, and change my socks. Not necessarily in that order.....

There's 2 reasons:
1) SPV/SPY mining
2) Supposed faster work change (but they're not faster)
