On a side note, next to BTC mining, I'll be starting soon with Alt-coin mining as well.
One needs to diversify his investments...
Probably some DASH or ETH.
As I'm a very happy Kano pool user, who is the Kano pool alternative in Alt-coin mining land?

Apparently I should learn to read Smiley

As for ALT-COINS, try Dwarfpool.

Thanks ;-).

Dwarf pool doesn't support Dash though.

I'm in BTC XTC
Current 5Nd ramp for the pool is just under 3 days.  So after 3 days you'll see full payment per block when they hit.

Mine on!!  Cool

Hello,

I have two S9 13.5TH which i plugged on Kano. I was on Nicehash before, with arround 34-35 by day.
So know i am not sure it's more inresting, i can not calculate if the rentability is better, it seems from the posts.

I got 0.00155429 from the last block of 11am.  And two miners are launched since 24hours i think.
I will check on the last block just found too.

But i don't undestand everything to know if the profitability is better than Nicehash where i sell directly my hash power with high fees.

You need to read previous posts about the 5Nd, it has been nicely explained. Wait for a week and you should see the shares around 0.004xxx to 0.005xxx for your ~27Th.

Thanks you.

So you advice to wait one week to have a good profit.
Thanks.

Is anyone else having issues with their BitCoinCore wallet crashing?

'The right to privacy matters'
I want to ask something not directly related to the pool but I believe it can be answered.
From experience, do you guys recommend purchasing spare power supply for the antminers?
thanks.

Depends  I have spares.  Do you have 120 volt or 240 volt power?

240V

Miners are in a 19 to 25 Celsius room temp

The room temp will be helpful.

Having

 1 spare psu
 1 spare fan

are good ideas.  More s-9's you have more likely you need them.

Do the power supplys fail frequently? Then we need to have spares.. I've not had mine long enough to experience any failure Smiley

What temp do you have on your miner? I placed the S9's vertical last week and have constant 69-67-70C on boards, room temp about 16 C

This block is the 1st one with increased difficulty (3.89%)Huh
Now some miners probably jump over to BCC because it's a tiny  bit more profitable for a (short) while.
