BTC payouts are now caught up. Sorry for the delay, the re-sync took forever this time for some reason.

Cheers

I mine here because I get more profits here than at any other pool I've tried.  For me if I got no customer service I'd still mine here because I can't make as many profits elsewhere. +1 : )

the uptime easily makes up for the small lose in downtime/fork coin

your algood crackfoo, i cant really image trying to keep all 280 individual coin blockchains and wallets update to date you do a great job.. every one is very quick to play the blame game when somthing goes wrong..

keep up the great work

Best Regards

And maybe its time to enable in Nemos miner to have an option to choose what coin to mine)))Huh

in my opinion zpool team shoud in api (with prices) that show to us profitability, disable x17 and myr-gr algos and nobody mined that coins, they didn't do that and i think it will be fair to pay for those period!

My AR-15 ID's itself as a toaster. Want breakfast?
Once the wallet comes back online;  all of the valid earnings that weren't on a bad chain will be re-credited to you AFAIK...

But;  these problems happen.... To everyone.  It has happened to me.  Zpool wasn't the only one mining on that chain either;  it can be a cluster or large group...

Look at it another way:

If you are mining to your own wallet, and it forks;  are you going to go screaming at yourself expecting funds to magically pay you because you didn't know it forked possibly for a day or two and earned a lot less than you thought in that time?

Minerx is right;  Imagine what it takes to keep hundreds of coin wallets online constantly.   No small chore.

It is undisscussable that zpool with very fast autoexchange is most easy to start pool. But when you mine on 1 gpu and after ~2 weeks you are reaching payout limit and then earning from last day is gone, you could be not happy - and it should be obvious, that pool team knows a few savoir vivre words.
write here your btc wallet we mine to you for min payout)))

@crackfoo you call us greedy whinners, BUT... it taked 10-12 hours when we mined and it gone to the hole. You should read something about proper customer service and about treating of customers to keep them at your side. When you use casual phrases (maybe well known to 'legendary') thinking that all your customers must be experts, you show how unimportant they are for you. I really dont need to know what 'the wallet forked' means to mine on your pool, but you need to care about your service and your customers, expecially for new ones. This is really sad, that as popular pool has as customer-ignorant team.

Yes it is very sad to see........ 15 hours of efforts on x17 ....... suddenly gone ....... all orphan...... Lost 0.0015 BTC
But it's nobody's fault. So no matter how depressing it is .....let's just continue.

Our BTC wallet is re-indexing/syncing. Looks like it won't finish by next payout but hoping will be done for the Sunday payouts.

as JK said, the blocks don't exist. I'm not keeping anything from you or for myself. Yes, unfortunately it's wasted time for you and me. Trust me, I've better things to do than randomly screw with chains and earnings on a Sunday only to hear from all you.

Frankly, if CaHek83 hadn't a complained about what coins the pool should be mining it may not have been noticed,  A) untill tomorrow and then B) ya'll woulda stole BTC that I wouldn't have been able to recover. But, I never hear a peep usually when miners know something is not right... only when I fix it. Then ya'll scream bloody murder.

it's really quite depressing putting in all the time running the pool only to see an inbox of greedy miners when something like this happens. Instead of trying to milk the pool dry from a problem beyond it's control, maybe post a message when it first happens.
Understood that seeing an inbox of flames is not wanted.  To help alleviate that, you could post an informational message explaining in detail what happened, why it happened, and possibly how it could be prevented in the future.  That might answer enough questions to quell the inflow of grief.

As it stands I still don't understand what happened.  Someone mentioned that the 'wallet forked'; I'm assuming that a longer fork appeared wiping out the shorter one.  But 10 hours worth?  Shouldn't the pool have switched to the longer one sooner than that?  Or was there foul play as somebody else mentioned.

TL;DR: Give us all the info on what happened please.

edit--I changed my opinion

guys, the wallet forked.  people can't be paid with funds that dont exist....

These things happen.  It really sucks when it does... but, its one of the risks of auto-switching miners.... getting stuck on a bad chain.

And it seems [partially] the result of other people's foul play....

x17  0.3216%   <  How about adding this to my balance

X17 algo has been disabled, and now this is stuck in stats box, convert this to my paid earned balance and not sweep it under the carpet.

i think it will be fair to add to balance avg\Hr for this time to our balances
but it wouldn't happen i think, they may pay just those money, avg profitability was no more then 30% comparing others algo
i think they just need our money

@crackfoo  myr-gr has a peak on last 2 hours, I saw that.
I didnt see x17 peaks and in last 50 earnings I didnt noticed any strange high values (typical as in last days).
So we are to understand that your answer means that our earnings just gone, without any explanation or apologies?
And you'll just get money made all day by 300-400 miners just because it is your pool?
