If the ops problem has been solved I will advise ops to lock this thread and make a final statement about the resolution and what his stance is, I don't know why some members will open a thread and abandon it without making replies to let the conversation flow.

Trustdice has been around for a while now so coming up with an accusation against them will require you to post some evidence, that will back up your case.
I agree, because that's exactly what the OP has to solve, it's taking too long to make this issue a floating one. In the end I had a hard time identifying whether the Op had solved the problem or not. We were confused about a Trusdice casino, while I still play there in safe gambling without any problems.

However, as the OP has never provided the account details or any evidence, we didn't have the chance to investigate, or to verify whether the problem described here was real. In fact, we have just completed an internal review of all our live support chats over the past 10 days, and we haven't been able to find a chat matching the OP's description:
They don't give any explanation to my questions.

There were even some cases where they turned the live chat off on my face .

Therefore, we must respectfully dispute any false accusation that has no factual basis.

You don't have to write positive things about them, you just need to share your experience with them in all honesty. And to be honest, I can't understand what you were trying to achieve or to prove by ignoring their PM and not responding to it! This is not the way someone who wants to get his money back would act.

Processing your withdrawal request without knowing your email or username is a good sign. It means their decision wasn't influenced by this thread (at least this is how I see it)

I understand Op's trouble and it's really frustrating to have our withdrawals delayed for unknown reasons but I guess it would be better if Op would provide at least a screenshot of his conversation with the support staff for him to support his claims. Evidence is still a big thing here.

Bruh even support chat's wouldn't be valid since support teams tend to be a different department from administrative one whereas they most likely have no control nor data or whatsoever of the withdrawal and the deposit records of that user. Think of online supports as customer service representatives, they only guide you to troubleshoot issues and resolve the best they can, but cannot resolve the issues themselves unless they had access to. It's just a plain non-sense accusation with no further path of understanding.

It's easy to prove that you are telling the truth by providing screenshot of your conversation that we are keep asking for you since this thread was created. Use imgur.com to upload the screenshot image and just share the imgur link here so that we can view it. If you are very persistent on you accusation even though trustdice already answer back your concerns in your thread. The normal response of user that really have an issue is not being quiet if the Casino claims they already chat you to fix this issue. It looks like you want to get compensation for this issue that's why you are still escalating this.

It's a little strange for the OP why not respond to your PM after being sent a few days ago, didn't he see it or passed your PM?

Indeed he is a little frustrated that he makes statements like when we know Trustdice is a leading casino, but I believe you can take the good side to increase withdrawals instantly.

I don't think people would walk away from Trustdice they would still be here if they knew it was a technical issue not from a completely slow withdrawal.

I remember my experience on several casinos a few years back. Though it's frustrating you need to wait for few days to withdraw small amount money while they promise to have instant withdrawal. However it's up to you to continue to play in this casino or looking for the another one.

I've seen a case like this that he's got a complain about his withdrawal but when the problem was solved, he just left and said that everything is okay. Maybe that's the case and it will be eventually be solved and OP will be satisfied.
Yes there are cases like that but I think with the ongoing campaign of Trustdice I think it's safe to assume that they already got a tip in this case and handle well already by the team. It's just $200 though and if the fault was really on them then it will be easily manage.
So, I'm right with that and OP has been back and will giving some updates towards his problem with Trustdice. And a good thing that came was there's an actual person who represents them and offering to solve it.

What is your update right now? Withdrawals from a casino site can take a long time to be successful it is normal.  Because they have to complete many transactions and many winning / lossing result  in a moment. Which can put a strain on them.  And since you only have an amount of 200u. It is foolish to think too much about it. It is better to wait and keep patient till 48-72 hours. A legit crypto casino would always spend some money to buy a more expensive domain .io, .com or .org.
This might not be a big change, but it signals authority and an ambition to do legit business, rather than going for the scam cash grab.
I guess that this is a small crypto casino, and the smaller crypto casinos don't have enough liquidity in order to process all withdrawals in a timely manner. Spending coins to gamble on the small casinos is always riskier than sticking to the big casinos. I don't know why many people prefer gambling on newly launched small casinos, their service won't be better than the big ones. Perhaps the generous bonus system is what hooks up many gamblers.

What?? The domain is not the basis of premium anymore but rather the name of the casino is what makes the premium high. I can get a .com domain on godaddy with just a couple of bucks while you can't get a cheap price good name with any low domain that you are pertaining to.  The .com, .io or anything doesn't matter anymore on an era that almost good website name is already taken.

From what I read and follow about trust dice I hardly doubt that they are scams. In fact I Once got paid just for doing the paid review and it was almost instant to my trust dice account and further to my wallet. I never had any issues with the trust dice in later transactions too.

You better check with the support mail rather than just dropping Chats to them. Most of the casinos with low funds or user base will have that halt on withdrawal and extra verification so that they can buy sometime. But one thing is sure, trust dice isn’t scam or like that. I mean for me at least they are paying!

They can afford to launch a campaign so I doubt that they can't pay you your $200. If there's a complain like for this case and amount, always contact the heads of the casino and the same for complains with other casinos.

These two users have almost the same thing in their complaint, both did not include any evidence, including a screenshot of the withdrawal, it should have been included so their complaint would be valid.

Yes there are cases like that but I think with the ongoing campaign of Trustdice I think it's safe to assume that they already got a tip in this case and handle well already by the team. It's just $200 though and if the fault was really on them then it will be easily manage.

I believe this is the same casino that recently launch signature campaign here in the forum. I believe there's something ongoing behind this issue since the OP didn't provide enough evidence to justify his complaint. I don't want to judge early since the casino hired Hhampuz to run their campaign and pay participants huge amounts greater than the money involved here. This will be easy if the OP will provide directly the proof of their conversation and the update on his issue whether the support is cooperating or not so that we can notify the manager of the campaign that the casino is involved on a dispute.

I have read some complaints similar to yours. So, I guess this isn't  just an isolated case wherein their team or system has a glitch as the reason for delay in withdrawal  transactions. Perhaps they have an internal  problem regarding their finances. Hence, the reason why there are delayed transactions of players who want to get their money out.

I just hope they won't turn out as scam because I suppose  they have numerous players  here too. The money deposited and won should be returned back to the players if they will plan to quit. Hopefully they will survive and will not be declared bankrupt because it will  be so hard to retrieve the money if ever it happens. There's a slim possibility to none.

The chat has only basic information about what is happening on the platform. They can only forward the case to the security team. Chat staff are not (usually) hired directly by the casino, but an external service, the same is with most hotlines. If chat informed him that the case had been passed on and he had to wait, I am not surprised that after a few identical replies they realized that there was no point in informing him about the same thing over and over again. 42 hours is not a long time considering it was a weekend.

I think in the future trustdice.win will be more effective and efficient. In fact, they have started a Signature Campaign which means going forward this site will be much better. There are same complain already so it may be possible that they are in the brink. You better believe what others are saying because the pattern of casinos slowly becoming a scam starts with delaying/stalling users that wants to withdraw.

I think this issue is not concentrated to just one casino there are many others who are struggling because of competition as well and I do think that at the end of the day you would be able to get your money back but it would take an awful long time. I do think that you should post it in scam accusations but it cannot be considered a scam to be honest it would simply be delaying the funds on purpose causing troubles for the people who are waiting for the funds and at the same time the price of Bitcoins might change and you might even loose from that side. The quality of the site have undeniably compromised, hopefully you will get your funds soon.

I have the impression that often when a withdrawal is delayed in weekend, it takes much longer. I think that the weekends security team is simply not working and because of that are the long delays to push withdrawal manually.
I understand the nervousness, but the delays aren't so long that they could be a scam. You just need a little more patience.
