As other users have stated in this thread, 99% of our withdrawals are processed instantly, but in some rare cases, we may need to extend this time due to the security and anti-fraud mechanisms we use.
We are relieved that this problem has been resolved, and we will work on taking additional steps to reduce the maximum time for withdrawal processing in the future.

There's nothing more convincing than having one of the officials coming down here to issue an apology and address the issue of withdrawal, this is good and they already launched their signature campaign too, so all is good now and OP can close this if you received your withdrawal no need to keep it open as it causes spamming as the issue has been resolve.
Issues that has been resolved and explained should be marked solved and thread should be lock.
