There's nothing more convincing than having one of the officials coming down here to issue an apology and address the issue of withdrawal, this is good and they already launched their signature campaign too, so all is good now and OP can close this if you received your withdrawal no need to keep it open as it causes spamming as the issue has been resolve.
Issues that has been resolved and explained should be marked solved and thread should be lock.

Since the problem is solved then I hope there is nothing more to extend and this thread should be locked. Thanks to the Trustdice team for providing the best service. Although there are still many things that need to be improved, we believe in a professional Team Performance.

I forgot to 2th thing, your customer service is useless. Although I contacted them every 3 hours, they did not produce anything productive. Although they said that it was not possible for us to contact the withdrawal unit, they contacted  with withdrawal team with my last request. so what we need to understand here is that they can easily lie. Actually, I thought about it, I think this topic should stay open for a month so that people can see it. I promise I will close this issue at the end of 1 month. You approved the withdrawal request too late, which can be approved within 15 minutes. This topic should remain open for at least a month.


There is a difference between what they can do and what they must do. It is true that cryptocurrency withdrawal can be done quickly, but if the security team has any suspicions, they may hold withdrawal for up to several days. This is all included in the Terms of Service. I understand that you are used to fast withdrawals, but you should also know and respect the rules.

Congratulations on getting your withdrawal but you should be the one to close this topic or change the title of the topic to resolved or received you can keep the discussion open but you need to get across the message to all readers that you did get your payment, it's your choice not to play here, who would not be with a long withdrawal process but this is not something new, even reputable and old casinos are one or another get their hot wallet empty.

any update? you were online earlier but didn't post anything. have you messaged the support again or have the support message you again regarding your withdrawal? if they have already approved your withdrawal and you already received the funds you have withdrawn it would be nice to post it here.

It's already 24 hours he should have posted an update about his withdrawal, my guess is he already received it, if he is not yet he will keep coming to give us an update, but if OP did not receive his withdrawal within the 48 hours time span and there is no answer coming from the support then he can proceed to file a withdrawal issue in the scam section.

But if he did receive the withdrawal then he should update us, lock this thread and change the title, or add the word

It's probably been 17 hours since I gave the withdrawal order. I still don't understand what I'm waiting for. This is the crypto world. things move fast here. Everyone knows that it will not take 5 minutes to confirm the withdrawal. A huge 12 hours have passed. this is very funny . When I connect to their customer service they always say the same thing. You should wait... why am i waiting for. Whats problem.  Customer service dont solve any problem. Customer service says the same thing.

Since the support says you should wait I think the best thing to do is to wait for that 24 maximum periods, and if nothing happens after then you can now contact them to know what happen to your withdrawal and if is something that can be sorted out of will be handled if not you can now raise an alarm for the community to be aware of the case.

I think they are still stalling.
There is a Need to wait for withdrawal mate , there is some issue that needs to be settled for days and not just for few hours .

at least now they answered you clearly that it will take time .

I think they are still stalling.
They can really do the manual process if the amount is quite big, well, if you don't mind how much is your withdrawal request? Is it about thousands to hundreds of thousands that they have to audit and confirm manually?

If you can give that figure to us if that's not a problem for you then there's really a need for them to delay your request because it's part of their protocol that huge amounts have to be checked before processing.

It is clear now that you have some special cases here:
1. Your withdrawal is considered as a huge amount so it takes longer time to process which is common thing to happen.
2. You made a deposit and made 2 bets only (1 lost, 1 won) then request a withdrawal

There are terms related to your cases above:
1. Trustdice has a limit or max amount to withdraw per day which is $5,000, is your withdrawal more than $5,000?
2. Trustdice has a term that deposit need to be wagered 1x before players request a withdrawal, have you wagered 1x of your deposit amount?

I think you have to wait until the withdrawal is complete, maybe the team suspects your funds when you deposit and then make several bets and withdraw large amounts, even though it doesn't violate the rules, maybe the TRUSTDICE team makes efforts to check your account more strictly.

I know waiting is tedious but what @Apocollapse quotes to see the TOS is that TRUSTDICE takes 24 hours or more for withdrawals to complete.

Your withdrawal amount is big so they need to check everything to make sure that you do not use any illegal things. Maybe I am wrong but just imagine if you are the owner of the site. If there is anyone who wants to withdraw big money, will you allow that person to get his money without your verification and make sure everything is okay? I bet you would not do that because we need to make sure that we do not make a mistake by sending the money to that person. So I suggest you have more patience and let them work. If they are really legit, they will send your money to you.

So the story goes like this: You try their casino and deposit huge amount of crypto then take few bets of your beloved sport then at a glimpse you decide it's not good anymore and try to withdraw the money?

I think the Trustdice team is investigating this case because it concerns them the AML policy. It's just my guess for the longer withdrawal process from your account. Good luck!
