That is a smart thought and a decent sharing uncommonly that we have another bitcoiners that are only new in this bitcoin industry. There are bunches of con artist and programmers that will exploit on the amateurs or new one so this strings truly helps a considerable measure.

The best way is just to have it on a safe wallet, that is the way that you will never be hacked
A few months ago, i used to hold them all on a paper wallet, but i switched to a cold wallet, they are much more safe

Hackers can be a professional or just a wanna-be. If you made enough precautions to make your bitcoin safe then this hacker wanna-be will not get your bitcoin. And also don't worry about the professional ones because they target exchanges that have millions. They won't waste hours and days just to steal $10k-$50k from us.

I really love how those important sites are always telling you to check the address in URL bar, for you to understand, are you at the proper site right now. But it it's strange because I'm thinking the fishing sites are more clever than that.

The safest way to keep your bitcoins from thiefs is paper wallet. Any online activities threat your assets. Of course most of us don't do this but hodlers. We use exchanges, apps to trade in bitcoin or altcoins. If you do this you should use really really strong passwords and of course 2FA. Even these can't protect you hundred percent. Never ever ever click a link from a source you dont know. And use registered antivirus, it can warn you at least.

I advise all beginners to study the issue of storage very carefully, in particular, this topic. For some reason, many people neglect this, but proper storage is extremely important.

How do i know if my bitcoin is already hacked can you give me an advise as i'm a newbie here and is there anything to download to secure my computer ?

If you have to ask then you're probably much better of with a hardware wallet. Really any computer that you're using that's connected to the internet is going to be some kind of security risk.

This is a good thing for everybody. Not everyone has the knowledge on how they can make sure that their bitcoin is well secured. Being carefree can lead you from loosing plenty of money so you should be smart and wise in storing your bitcoin. You should always consider that having a good wallet can help you on having a good investment.

I respect the post made earlier, its very helpful. The only thing I'd add to the list more like a warning point is to not leave your money on any exchange as these too can be hacked.

The only way in that you are always going to be safe, is just by having a hardware wallet, and we all know that, it is not difficult to invest $100 into one of them to always forget about your own safety, that is the best thing to do

Thanks for sharing this with us, this really helps a lot.
Actually one of the problems in cryptocurrency is about the safety of our coins. Especially there are quite many news about hackers out there.
I'm quite a stubborn person as well, and it kinda worry me sometimes. Good thing that i have my brother that help me to protect my wallet.
And i think, having a hardware wallet really helps a lot and safer than online wallet. Maybe we should use that if we really concern about the safety.

Bitcoin wallets are always under attacks from hackers due to its value on the market, hence, it is always advisable to keep your log in details safe by avoiding unknown yet suspiscious sites that might be phisping. Hard ware wallets like the Ledger Nano S can also offer a good security.
