Have a look in the debug.log, you should be able to see when the blocks were generated.

I am mining it but is thie premined or not lots of premined coins are just meant for pump and dump.

http://krugercoin.miningpool.co is finding about 10+ blocks per minute at this low difficulty so would have found around 30000 blocks in the last 48 hours. Plus the other pool and solo miners...

Aren't you the one defending PXC's premined coins? Maybe Krugercoin has services planned too?
