I know we are waiting from a long period of time to get a bull Run again but it will not happen still now and it dumping again and again but I think the time is not so far it will happen in the end of this year possible I think we need to wait for sometime to get a good result for our investment.
We are oscillating in a trap of 4k usd and if we break it we will see the next support test at 5 k usd, i hope we will break it in November or December 2019 not much early than it.
Maybe your prediction can occur, but are you now see any sign of movement going up? because of the increase to the market could rise as high as it can not just happens. We have to look at the market and the market still looks calm now.

Would you please explain the role of both of them in this Bearish market ?i think he mean to say that we must not sell our coins because selling or trading is the number root cause of a bear market . you know binance and bitmex are the top exchange nowadays , so if people stop using it . this can uplift the current market situation pretty easy but the only problem is that is totally impossible to happen . you cannot stop people from selling because that is thier capital , that is thier life not your . just mind your own business .
continue with this works, we can't blame them if they have different perceptions but reality wise when people start to hold and keep the coins around to
bought by strong holders, the value will rise back again and the impact will be good for our investment.
it must be because it's been a while for bears to be in the crypto market that makes a lot of people suffer, so now it's like where we can get rid of bears and bring bulls here

Would you please explain the role of both of them in this Bearish market ?Though I don’t use bitmex but I can assure you that Binance exchange is one of the best things that have happened to crypto currency. Solid platform, smooth trading operation, fast, reliable and an exchange with the lowest fee I have ever seen so why the pick on Binance if you don’t have any fact to back up your order.
I guess we have crypto charm now that you have come to use to command us.

You elaborate your post for us to fully understand your whole point. Even if you break down that two exchanges you have mentioned, there are still whales or manipulators and also, there are a lot of established exchanges. However, if you are frustrated about something and your trading wasn't that work well, let me remind you that if there is no bear, there is also no bull in the market.

I think it has nothing to do with that's the two exchanges and I'm not sure if that will help the market for Bull Run. yes for now is investing and being patient are good ideas for making a profit in the future.Yeah, although we stop using those exchange, it doesn't mean the bull run will happen immediately. The bull run will come, I believe that, but we must be patient and don't lose hope. When everything is ready, then the bull run will appear, and it will happen, but if you are not ready, then you might miss the chance to follow to sell your coins.
I think those exchanges still give benefits to us and sometime we could make a bigger profit from Binance because the volume is bigger in Binance depends on the other exchanges. Besides that, we cannot kill the bear because the bear will still be there and if the time is not coming, then we should have more patience.

Why will the bull run come when we stop using those two high volume exchanges? I guess those two contributed a lot to the marketcap. I think what youre implying here is those two are manipulating the market thats why it wouldnt go up? Maybe but, always remember a good volume helps and also an indicator of a bull run.

The bull will never come. Because they're already earning a lot. they don't want the bear market to end and they do their best.

Both binance and bitmex are full of market maniupators, trading bots, and other unpleasantries so the OP was actually correct. However, it does improve trading volumes and interest which i guess is good for bitcoin
well, both of these markets provide very high risks because there are bots that can provide very fast price movements but you must know for now the level of trading security is still held by binance, binance can be the biggest exchange place that has a very high security system. 
please explain in more detail the reason why we have to stop using both exchanges, in my opinion the two exchanges don't have a very significant dump but we can take advantage there and even though the market is down but there are still lots of coins that get decent pumps high in binance and bitmex exchanges. we can still get a decent profit to cover a portfolio that has suffered a loss because the coins we hold experience a very drastic drop in prices.

on a side note, their trading volume does really good for crypto
it translates to the idea that we have huge amount of money circulating in crypto alone.
you would wonder who are those big whales who own a lot of bitcoins.
but stopping the usage of those 2 exchanges wont do any help to have the continuity of the bull market...
Leaving these exchanges by traders will not change anything. On the contrary - it will allow whales and their robots to manipulate the market even more easily. Unfortunately, but we have to wait for whales to fill their pockets and pump up the price again, or we have to wait until the market cap will increase enough that whales will not be able to manipulate it.
