So far there is no one share that they have withdrew succesfuly from this site, it is also not clear who is the official representative of this site on bitcointalk. It is ok if you only want to try it for free, but it would be wiser if we do not make any deposits.

I don't think so, same issued happened with my referrer as well. He won a quite good amount of mBTC, but he didn't received his payment. Recently he advised me to keep away, though I continue to check it.
You should ask your referrer to open scam accusation, or you can make it on behalf of him. Accusing them just by saying like this will not change anything, once you provides us with sufficient proof = you help the community to stay away from a scammer. Otherwise, no one will trust what you say. Waiting for you/your friend to make the scam accusation thread.

Indeed OP was advertising a scam casino in the past but seems that he is not advertising it anymore. He could not even help above issue as he only advise Doell to contact support, means that he is not even a part of the site IMO.
We cant make scam accusation if we have no valid proof againts the casino, lets see if Doel can provide proof that he is on the right side. But I guess he wont get what he won as it is clear that Indonesian players are not eligible for the free spins unless he is not Indonesian and/or he won the 500mbtc from his own deposit.
